It's a little bit of a walk from the station, but the Louvre Museum is within walking distance and the security is good. Also, there is an elevator so it was easy to move between rooms even with a suitcase.

This was our second stay at this delightful hotel, and it reminds my hotel of choice whenever I am in town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On both stays, we have had a room overlooking the courtyard. These rooms are extremely quiet and allow us to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast room is beautiful. The offerings have been expanded since our previous stay, with a small buffet in addition to the traditional baguette and croissant. The location is perfect. It's close to the Seine and St. Germain-des-Pres without being too close to the busiest, noisiest areas. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. Good location. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable prices. This hotel has it all!

Hotel is in a very excellent location-within 5 minutes of the Musee d'Orsay and within a half hour walk of the Notre Dame and 40 minutes to the Eiffel -also a short walk to the Seine. Numerous restaurants within a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the morning breakfasts were a good way to start the day if you are in a bit of a hurry to get going to visit a site. Rooms are small but quiet and tastefully decorated. Would stay here again for sure!

Hôtel de l'Université is a well located small hotel in the 7th arrondissements. By far the best thing about this property are the people who work there. We were always greeted with a smile and they were super helpful. A special thank-you to Thomas who helped us a few times. My daughter and I stayed 5 nights in a standard room which was very tight so I would recommend reserving a larger room. The elevator is small and slow so take this into consideration when heading out. Our bathroom door was glass so not lots of privacy. This could be a issue for some travelers. Additionally the tub has a half shower glass wall that moves. If you are not careful you will get water on the floor. These moveable half shower glass walls are very common throughout Europe. Would I stay here again? I definitely would because of how incredibly nice the employees are but I would want a larger room.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was the best around!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Such an incredible experience for our first trip to Paris!
