SCAMMERS DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. They are SCAMMERS and will scam you of your money when you book, stay for 1 hour and get bitten by their BED BUG INFESTATION and then ignore you & refuse to refund your money. DO NOT BOOK THIS. I am furious and so upset that they’ve unlawfully kept my money and been TERRIBLE at getting back in touch. I have had reported this hotel reported to booking . com and I will spend my life keeping people from being scammed by this hotel

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. We woke up at 3am to over 30 bedbugs in the beds of both the hotel rooms we had booked out. When we went down to tell the receptionist he was very unhelpful and could not give us a solution so we were left out on the streets with no where to go from the early hours of the morning. When we came back to get a refund a new receptionist couldn’t not help us and told us lies about not having any contact with her supervisors to help us. We have now left paying for 2 nights accomodation that we could not stay at and having to find somewhere else to stay. I suggest that no one ever stays at this hotel.

This is the most disgusting, filthy hotel I've ever stayed in. Having had to book late due to travel delays and needing somewhere close to Gare du Nord, thought this was ideal - wrong!! Room 101 was like a prison cell and towels stained and bathroom in need of renovation. After trying to fall asleep I felt something crawling over by neck and arms. On switching on the light, the bed was literally crawling with hundreds of bugs - large and small. Night manager changed my room but had to endure restless night. Early in the morning they didn't even offer compensation or an apology. 1 week later, the bites erupted on my body - arms, legs, neck - counted about 60 bites! The most horrendous place I've ever stayed in. Staff - terrible Rooms - filthy Bed bugs - plenty

GOOD: Close to the Central Train Station in Paris (Gare du Nord), less than 5 minutes walking distance. Not a safe kid-friendly neighbourhood. Must be street-smart in this 'hood. BAD: Bed bugs!!! Bed bugs don’t come out until there is a warm body on the bed. I was lying down for about 15 minutes when I felt crawlies on my neck and back. Large and small bed bugs started to swarm the warm part of the bed. I immediately took a shower and went up to the top bunk bed, hoping they wouldn't crawl up so high. in the morning, still 2 dead bed bugs on the top bed. CAUTION: Read all the other reviews (which I unfortunately did not do before I booked this as a last-minute slay). Seems like BED BUGS is a common problem. STAY AWAY.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This establishment advertises facilities that they don't provide! I was unable to stay and was in the room less than 10 minutes and they still refused me a refund, despite them being aware of their own false advertising. I am still fighting for my refund after 10+ emails!!! Also very dirty and incredibly rude staff. I have never left a review before but feel a public duty to warn others so they don't become a victim of theft like myself! BOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Aggressive and unprofessional staff. No air conditioning, dirty room, blocked shower, no towel the next day, requested 5 times, and The answer is that they are in the dryer (from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day) €440 for two nights in a room that does not respond to any condition. We arrived on the first day to find ourselves on the 6th floor in a room where the first thing that caught my attention was the dirt. It was horribly hot and the rooms don't have air conditioning. Fridge that did not work, reception staff who respond very badly and are very aggressive, apart from a young man who does as he can by speaking his mother tongue (Afghan) We asked for towels on next day because there were none, from 10am until 10am the next day, their answer was: they are in the dryer and we got them back on the day of departure. In one word / Flee this Hotel because it is simply infected!

L’eau qui coulait de là douche était rouillé, les serviettes de toilette étaient sale et troué, les éviers bouché, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Les remarques ont été faites auprès de l’accueil mais rien n’a été fait. Cet hotel minable profite des touristes.

Super expérience. Très étonné au vue des avis qui sont peut-être de faux avis. Tout était parfait de l'accueil au depart. Quartier animé a deux pas de gare du nord et gare de l'est !!! De nombreux restaurants à proximités. Notre voyage était trop court. Merci encore à l'équipe de l'hôtel pour leur service. Nous reviendrons.
