Stayed here in May 2025. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Gare du Nord, which made it super convenient for train travel.
The room was small but clean and well-equipped—with a comfy bed, kettle, tea, water, and a safe. Bathroom was modern, with good water pressure and a strong hairdryer. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet.
Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in was fast and smooth. We didn’t try the breakfast but the dining area looked nice.
Lots of shops and food options nearby, and metro access is excellent for getting around Paris.
Overall, a great value stay if you want somewhere clean, quiet, and convenient.
Staff were lovely. Mr Leon and Samir were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The staff who were serving breakfast were brilliant as well. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be staying again definitely.
The hotel is close to the train station Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. It is also very close to the metro station line 4,5 and 7. The price is not bad but the room is a little small. It’s good for a solo traveler for a short trip. They also provide buffet breakfast for 14 euros and express breakfast for 5 euros. The staffs are very nice and friendly. It was a nice stay.
I stayed two nights, but I couldn’t sleep at all because of the noise. It was not a hotel’s fault, but many young people were talking at midnight in front of the hotel, and I heard it clearly even if I closed the windows, and it made me difficult to sleep.
However, the staff of reception, especially in the morning, was really kind. And the location is good.
Cosy room which is a good size for couples. Friendly and helpful staff and Poissonaires metro is right round the corner for good connections around the city. Only thing is that the lift wasn't working which made getting to our room on the 4th floor via a single narrow winding staircase a bit annoying.
the man staff was so rude!!! i just checked out but i forgot my stuff so i went back to ask helping but they didn't help but rude to me.
Moreover my brother paid for more 1 night by cash, the lady staff didn't give him any receipts so when we went back to ask for helping let us take forgotten stuff at that room again, the man staff not only refused us rudely but asked us to pay again.
My suitcase tag was broken and my items stolen from right inside the storage room just behind the reception. Unbelievable. Now I am going to reconsider the hotels I get from trip.com on my next trip cos I am still in great shock.
The street where this hotel is located will seem like a shock at first glance. A migrant quarter with numerous beauty salons with African braids, a bit noisy. Near the hotel there are a sufficient number of supermarkets, cafes, a convenient metro junction.
The room is close to the North Station and the sound of the train can be heard, but it does not affect sleep. The room was hygienic and the sheets were stained at night. When I went to the airport to call the online car, I couldn't call at the door and had to go to the crossroads.
My stay was comfortable but nothing extraordinary. The room was clean, though a bit dated, and the amenities were basic. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but there were occasional delays with service. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, which was a plus. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for an affordable option without many frills, but there’s room for improvement

MMichelSuper location, very close to many restaurants and walking distance from le Marais and Opera. Room very pleasant and super clean. Very good bed. Very quiet hotel. We had breakfast every morning, very good choice and viennoiserie were very tasty. Receptionist very mice and very helpful. Overall very good stay, we will come back :)
GGuest UserYou will be welcomed by a very friendly hotel manager who gives you nice tips (wich restaurants, cafés, ...) about the region of the hotel.
The room was very well maintained and clean. Our sheets were changed even if we only stayed for two nights.
The bathroom is tidy, but you can take a bath after a busy day.
The metrolines are a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Gare du Nord is only a 15 minute walk, If you come by train (Thalys).
Overall, a great experience!
JJINGBreakfast is a bit of a single test, the variety is quite a lot, but the waiting time is at least 10 minutes, the room is very small, unless the suite is set, it is estimated to be 13 square meters, the window is the canal, the scenery is good, the hotel does not talk On the service, there is no parking lot, no entertainment facilities, a total of 12 rooms. However, the traffic is convenient and the surrounding is lively.
CCheowExcellent customer service, friendly staff. Wonderful location. Beautiful and comfortable room!
A pity that elevator wasn't working between ground level and 1st floor. Carrying luggages up a small spiral staircase was tough.
YYUCHUNIt is far from the subway station, breakfast is too simple, the road outside the hotel is stone road, so it is not suitable to pull a suitcase to walk over, very strenuous. There are many Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The towels are old and the kettle is not clean. After getting in the elevator, you need to enter a door and go to your room. The door to the room was difficult to close, and I didn't know why. The keys are old fashioned. Not a Samsung Hotel overall.
SSherryWyyFor colleagues to book, the location is better, very convenient, every time you go to live in this hotel, close to the customer company, shopping around is very convenient, breakfast is not bad
