Paris 3rd arrondissement-Temple 4-star Hotels

I meant to leave a good review, even though not everything was perfect. Our check-in was later than expected because our room wasn't ready. My booking confirmation email stated that check-in was at 14:00, but at reception, they said 15:00. This wasn’t ideal, as we had planned our whole day based on the email I received, which spoiled our first impression. The receptionist (I believe his name was Marcel) was polite and tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. When we checked out and paid the city tax, we received the invoice. I only read it on the train back home and was shocked to see that we had been marked as citizens of the russian federation in their system, despite being from Ukraine and having no connection to that country at all. I understand that, for some people, Eastern Europe might seem all the same, but given the current situation and the ongoing war, we found this deeply offensive and disrespectful. That being said, I must admit that the breakfast was really good, our room was quiet, and overall, the experience was positive. However, such carelessness is unacceptable.

It is easy to access as it is near the subway, but there are quite a few pickpockets around, so you need to be careful. The hotel facilities were average and the breakfast was average.

I must strongly praise this hotel! Stayed here for 4 nights. At first I looked at this hotel with a good value for money, but I know that the hotel location is not very close to the center, but after checking in, I found Line 8 within 3 minutes. In fact, the subway is very convenient! The hotel is also decorated in a classic French style with a very good environment. The lobby on the first floor is beautiful. Although the room is small, it is well-equipped and very clean. Actually, two people stayed away. Even though we stayed for 4 nights, people would come to clean the room every day. Some of the small details can be seen more clearly. Staff cleaned very carefully! The front desk staff will greet you enthusiastically every day. During the strike, they will tell us how to arrange a trip. You must answer our questions! Such a good environment and service, and the price is not high, sincerely hope that this hotel can be seen by more people! !!

The hotel is located in the Marais district, just near the subway station. The location is very convenient and safe. The room design is simple and fashionable, and the space is quite large. The only drawback is the bathing facilities. The shower water is hot and cold, making it easy to catch a cold.

I like this hotel very much. I only stay in this one in Paris. It has been renovated and is very comfortable. European hotels are small, but they have a great feeling. There is a park when you open the window.

A small boutique hotel in the heart of Marais, the hotel is decorated in retro style, small and warm. The service staff are very enthusiastic. There are many small restaurants and shops outside. Very convenient. However, the room and bathroom are really small, not suitable for a family of three.

Great place , incredible amount of space, overhead and standing fan but no AC

Locker service was great. would be brilliant if there was access to a toilet too. The rooms are very poorly sound proofed from other occupants but everything else was great
