Amazing
We had an amazing two-night stay at Alpenfanner Resort in Mayrhofen. The check-in was seamless even though staff weren’t on site — they buzzed us in, guided us by phone, and explained everything clearly (from key pick-up to parking). Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet, with a kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, plus a balcony with stunning mountain views. The location was perfect — easy walk to the town centre and close to the chairlift. Every evening we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the Alps. Truly a beautiful and comfortable stay — we only wish we’d booked longer!

An excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and understanding. Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly at reception, with a smile, and shown to our room. The maid cleans the rooms every morning, and she's also very kind and pleasant. The breakfast staff is also very good, helping set the table if needed. The views are stunning, everything is close by, and the location is superb. I was very pleased with the hotel and the service. This is my fourth hotel in the last two weeks. And this is the best. No complaints, only positive emotions. 10 out of 10. Thank you!!

MMath SprootenThe hotel is generally good. Location and rooms are fine. Breakfast is good.
The dinner is moderate and relatively expensive, the terrace was badly operated, and the horses were sometimes rounded by bone and bad mood.
Books on room number were made by the one of the superintendents and the other found it too complicated and refused.
The hygiene was good and the reception was also good. Wifi was excellent
