The customer service given was above and beyond our expectations. Wendy and Mark were the best to deal with and absolutely recommend them and Northpoint to stay at.

We came up from Brisbane just for one night for a very early morning sports match. This place turned out to be perfect because: 1. It was a very spacious 1 bed apartment. 2. It was extremely clean. 3. It looked like it was brand new. 4. The location was excellent, a minute's drive from the dining precinct in town 5. It was quiet 6. There was on site sheltered parking 7. The was a lot of CCTV which made the complex feel secure. There was no pool/gym etc but we weren't looking for that

The staff were absolutely LOVELY and so helpful!! The only disappointment was the “breakfast included” - it cost me $50 extra to include it, but when I got there it was literally a $50 voucher? So … felt like a bit of a rip off. No unlimited coffee or juice like I have received from other places - next time I wouldn’t include it and would spend $50 elsewhere if there was no bonus to including it in the room price. Otherwise the stay was great!

After five attempts we finally got to stay. We were very impressed. The room had all the necessary facilities for a short or long term stay. Even a Tesla charging station which was in use while there. We didn’t use the dining area but it looked impressive through the window. The book in was good. Will be back.

Very convenient location with a great pub right next door that serve a great meal and plenty of pokies to entertain you. And even closer to you is Dan Murphy so location is great. The service was wonderful very friendly and the rooms were big enough.

2 bedroom apartment. Generous space with a living room, a separate sitting area with a sofa that is convertible to a bed, a dining area to sit 6 and a well equipped kitchen with oven/ microwave, kettle and toaster, good sized refrigerator. Washer dryer combo that works well. 1 en-suite queen bedroom with walk in closet and shower The other queen sized bedroom with toilet and bath room just outside. Clean and comfortable with supplied tea/ coffee and cleaning/ laundry soaps. The location is a bit further away from the city centre. Having a car is certainly a boon for access. There is a stellarosa cafe ust a few steps away from the apartment block. Overall a nice place to stay

The service was very friendly, the owners and staff are eager to assist with any requests and like to get to know their clients, hence we rebooked on two other occasions. There is no food, but good food outlets and takeaways nearby. There is tea/coffee, biscuits and a microwave, plates & cutlery, mugs, water & wine glasses. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are a good size with air-con, TV & couch- all the usual extras, shampoo, shower gels, hair dryer, iron and small wardrobe. The bathrooms are very small but work for short stays. Swimming pool available, which we did not use due to short stay. Private car parking is off road and surprisingly quiet due to proximity to the main road. City is within walking distance. I realise that the motel is of an older style, however one tiny concern for older folks is the small step in and out of the bathroom especially if using at night and a step from the car up to the path outside the room. Perhaps a reminder to 'mind the step' - or a Fluro ***** to make it obvious might avoid a 'trip'. The prices are very affordable.

Perfect location for our needs for the weekend. Layout of room was great, bathroom good and shower pressure was awesome!

If you come for more than 3 people, it's cheap to come and see it for 3 people, but if you're 1 people, it's light. The overall facilities are flat and the accommodation fee is expensive (person). If you don't have a car, you have to drag your carrier up the hill, but it's harder than you think, even if it looks gentle. It's one person who was dragged because the taxi was not caught. Air conditioner is good, bathroom is ok. There is one queen and one single bed. There's a lot of dust, and there's a bug. The reception staff are really friendly. There's a slightly older woman (I don't remember her name) and a Chinese mark, and she's very nice and nice. I didn't take a picture of the hostel, so I upload the details I booked.

Nice place Room service was good No attention to detail Owners were good but don’t like you going through the apps.
