The only negative point is access to the pool. Too bad. Either you cross the entire parking lot inside the hotel or you cross outside to get to reception to take the elevator to the pool. In other words, on cold and freezing days you have to wear a bathrobe outside the entire hotel reception.

GGuest UserThe structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.

Excellent breakfast coffee!
Contras:
The blackout has blown light all over.
The school's steels were not in good condition.
The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

JJose Antonio de AquinoHotel muito bem localizado, há poucos metros de distância da rua coberta. Acomodações muito boas, café da manhã com boa variedade e muito bem servido. Piscina coberta aquecida e brinquedoteca são bons atrativos para dias chuvosos. Funcionários muito bem treinados e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Por outro lado, é uma grande comodidade contar com o serviço de manobristas do hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.
