GGuest UserPrimordial service from arrival, reception employee Marcos is always helpful. The adequate facilities are very well sanitized. The breakfast was wonderful, compared to the previous experience at the Hotel Brisa Tower in Maceió.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

JJose Antonio de AquinoHotel muito bem localizado, há poucos metros de distância da rua coberta. Acomodações muito boas, café da manhã com boa variedade e muito bem servido. Piscina coberta aquecida e brinquedoteca são bons atrativos para dias chuvosos. Funcionários muito bem treinados e atenciosos. Como ponto negativo, o fato de o estacionamento ser pago. Por outro lado, é uma grande comodidade contar com o serviço de manobristas do hotel.

The blackout has blown light all over.
The school's steels were not in good condition.
The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

DDaianakGreat hotel, very good structure, everything is very new, a little far from the center, but there are options to stay at the hotel all day. For those with children, the Kids space is well-equipped and there is a baby pantry in every block.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, no complain about the hosting in itself. However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.

GGuest UserO hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a região central, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém claramente falta manutenção há muito tempo.
Estive no hotel em 2019 e retornei agora em 2025, e praticamente todas as áreas estão bem degradadas.
Até mesmo o espaço Kids, maior atrativo para famílias com crianças, está com brinquedos sem manutenção e com grande cheiro de mofo.
