Muito boa a experiência. Ambiente aconchegante, limpo e de excelente atendimento. Minha namorada estava de aniversário e ganhou um espumante. Café da manhã agradável. Disponibilizaram até guarda - chuva e para o checkout nos deram um kit viagem

The hotel has almost 4 stars. Pros: Good bed and dressing, Good bath and hygiene products Educated staff Excellent breakfast coffee! Contras: The blackout has blown light all over. The school's steels were not in good condition. The hydromassage of the common area was dirty and there was food in the chaos around the pool

Great hotel!! The only negative point is access to the pool. Too bad. Either you cross the entire parking lot inside the hotel or you cross outside to get to reception to take the elevator to the pool. In other words, on cold and freezing days you have to wear a bathrobe outside the entire hotel reception.

The structure of the hotel is incredible, excellent value for money. The breakfast is from a colonial cafe! I would like to thank the attendants Douglas, Lucas and especially Jazi. Jazi was extremely empathetic in her service, making my family feel welcomed and special! I hope we can return soon.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a região central, funcionários muito atenciosos, porém claramente falta manutenção há muito tempo. Estive no hotel em 2019 e retornei agora em 2025, e praticamente todas as áreas estão bem degradadas. Até mesmo o espaço Kids, maior atrativo para famílias com crianças, está com brinquedos sem manutenção e com grande cheiro de mofo.
