Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Right next to Lago Negro, great views. Evening tea service complimentary, cozy and nice.

Not to say bad about the hotel, all right, is very well located, near the main restaurants, chocolate shops, the covered street, the church of Saint Peter, everything very clean, Room I asked a week before to get a room in high and with view to the Borges and I was attended, breakfast with a lot of variety, I had too much, no lunch so much that I had to eat in breakfast, sensational gas shower, finally, I had nothing that disliked me, recommended

What a good experience in this hotel, I recommend too much, breakfast, bed, environment, everything perfect! You have a lot to do in the hotel, and a lot of beautiful landscape, you would surely return!

Everything was fine except for the “Saturday pool hours” where demand is high, which could start at 9:00. Today it starts at 10:00. Thank you.
