GGuest UserThe location is bit far from the center but the surrounding environment is peaceful. Staffs are helpful and supportive. However, there is no usb charging port so bring Swiss charger!

BBrianFirst stay at the Pullman Basel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Basel again. We travelled for the Basel Tattoo and the hotel is excellently positioned for this venue as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Only a 20 minute walk to the old town as well.

GGuest UserVery satisfied hotel, super cost-effective. There is a bus city card at the front desk, free transportation, and the museum is folded. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, and you can have a high-quality sleep.

AAnna801Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

RrakanishuThe room is compact, close to the road, a bit noisy, and there are basically no disposable items, so you have to ask the front desk for them. The breakfast is business-like, just simple bread and some food and drinks, with few vegetables.

GGuest UserBreakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests.
Access by lift is available.
The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.
The site is very near to public transport which is
convenient.
In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.
Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.

CchuaNear the train station. 3mins walk. Platform 20 has a ramp at the end that leads to the back of the hotel. Air conditioning was not really working and rooms were stuffy.
