HHappy visitorThe reception staff are very helpful and forthcoming in providing prefessional services to guests. We enjoyed very much the nice breakfast of high quality in the cosy restaurant . The room was spacious and cleaned. The central location (close to bus/train stops) made it very easy to scenic spots . We made a very good choice of this hotel. The picture shows the dino outside the hotel which makes the environment relaxing.

LLanyuxianshengThe room was great, but the soundproofing was not very good, and the sound of the next door could be clearly heard... There were many varieties of breakfast, the service was in place, and the charging head was not suitable for the front desk to provide a copy directly.
The episode was check out and found that there was a dinner on my head, but I took out the list and it was not my room number. The front desk apologized.

GGuest UserIn fact, it's quite general, I was planted by Xiaohongshu.
First of all, the geographical position is far away. 20 minutes walk from Basel Station, on the other side of the river. Although most of the roads are better, the main attractions: the station, the ancient city and the Art Basel are on the river side, so it is not very convenient. I have a feeling that there is no need to go so far for this hotel
Secondly, hotel decoration. The picture of Xiaohongshu is too beautiful, and the p-graph composition is too heavy. In fact, it is more ordinary, and I live on the fourth floor. The whole aisle feels freshly painted and has a paint smell.
Finally, service. The two waitresses of check in and out are obviously squeezed out of smiles. A German brother who was on duty at night made me feel serious and enthusiastic.

RRachelsparklesThe whole journey was amazing. Switzerland is the cleanest country I’ve been to and this hotel fulfills my expectations. There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!

GGuest UserI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

AAnna801Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

GGuest UserThere is still some distance from basel sbb, about 8-10 minutes walking time, or two tram stops at the train station, which is much closer. Except that the location is not perfect, everything else is very satisfactory. I like the decoration style of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the sanitary condition is also good. The breakfast choices are mainly bread, meat, scrambled eggs, dairy products, juice and coffee. The variety is enough for me.

But because there is no air conditioning, it is still a bit stuffy at night, you can find the front desk to borrow an electric fan, Dyson, but there is no remote control, the wind speed is the most noisy. I saw a toothbrush before booking but no. The point is to find two earplugs when looking for a toothbrush! I am curious why the hotel provides this, and I will know it at night. That is noisy, upstairs is the hotel's bar and breakfast room, either the sound of moving tables and chairs or playing music, what is more terrible is that the two street bars in front and back of the hotel are open, all kinds of sounds, music, screaming, roaring... 4:30 in the morning is not over, crazy, Except for children, adults can still sleep. It's useless to take sleeping pills. Extremely not recommended this one.
