Ideal location: diagonally across from the train station (a 2-minute walk) and from the hotel, you can easily walk into the historic city center. Excellent breakfast buffet with superb cheeses. Great coffee, made fresh for you and served within a minute. Very friendly service.

A very beautiful discovery like this Krone hotel. Competent and friendly staff. Rooms all comfort (except the bcp earrings too large to my view). Excellent and exquisite breakfast from 7:30. It is very convenient to walk to ⋯ in 7-8 from Chur Railway Station! The hotel is very clean and tidy, it is Swiss standard, a good stay experience! Warm reminder ～ Pay attention when booking, some rooms do not have bathroom equipment, that is, shared bathroom! This time I didn't pay attention when I booked the room. I realized when I checked in. It’s just 3 mins walk from Altstadt station (request to stop station), and close to old town. Spacious room, I like the breakfast very much, Bio food, self-boiling eggs, etc

There are hotels in the era, but the facilities inside should be refurbished. The hotel restaurant is Michelin, so the breakfast is great, everything is divided into small dishes, very beautiful, the hotel waiter is full of smiles.

The hotel was well located, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with one receptionist on the morning of December 30. We asked if our room could be cleaned as it was very dusty, but she responded aggressively, saying we should have informed them upon arrival. Her tone made us feel as though we were asking for a free stay rather than a standard service, and she came across as quite rude. Aside from this incident, the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice

Hotel staff was really welcoming and helpful. Service was impeccable, room was spacious, clean, quiet, with balcony and with mini bar included. Sauna/hammam was a relaxing moment after a ski day and a great option when weather is not great. Breakfast buffet was amazing, with a large variety of food. Shuttle bus service super helpful as the hotel is abit remote from ski télécabine and train station.

Room for 4! It's just a short stay to catch an early train in Chur. You take an elevator and then a stairs to the room. The bed is comfy. The parking slot is just on the basement. McDonald's and supermarket is nearby Staff is soo nice.

I chose to rest in the town of Chur for one night and take the glacier train to Zermatt the next day. It was a good choice. Chur was quiet and fresh. I accidentally discovered a century-old chocolate shop and a 50-year-old glassware shop. The hotel is very convenient, a 10-minute walk from the train station.
