We visited during the off-season, and the kind and lovely staff upgraded us to a Stargazer room. The room faced the snow-capped mountains and the lake, so we could enjoy the scenery right from our bed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay, so we didn't get to see any stars (every trip has its little disappointments, right?). This glamping hotel is well worth the price; it's fully equipped, and the rooms are clean and even come with oxygen concentrators. It was very convenient to park our car right outside the room. Guests also get free photo opportunities, and the hotel has two incredibly cute dogs. It's a perfect stopover point between Kashgar and Tashkurgan, breaking up what would otherwise be a very long drive.

Exceeded expectations! Great location, convenient parking, and warm, polite service. The weather was quite cold and windy the night I checked in, but the owner and front desk staff helped me with my luggage. The room had a fresh, clean decor, the underfloor heating was great, and it was spotlessly clean. The lake view was also stunning. The environment was very nice, and it had everything you needed: an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and all the facilities were in good working order. There was plenty of hot water. I spent a day acclimatizing to the high altitude, which helped me avoid altitude sickness at other attractions. By the way, while the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritious, healthy, and delicious. A very good experience overall!

The location is fantastic, with great views of White Sand Lake! The guesthouse service was exceptionally good. My wife suffered from altitude sickness the night we checked in and was very uncomfortable. The guesthouse staff brought us Coke, sweet tea, and a hot water bottle, which really helped her get through it. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

Staying in Su Village was definitely the best decision. In the afternoon, we watched the herdsmen ride past the window on horseback and even went for a walk with the owner's dog (the golden retriever in the shop was super well-behaved). When we woke up the next day, the whole village was bathed in white light, which was absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and well-equipped. When we arrived, the heating was already on, so we didn't feel cold at all. This trip was too rushed, and we didn't get to visit many places. Next time, we'll definitely stay here for a while and have a proper time to explore.

The room was nice, and the hot water was super hot. After a horseback ride and the wind, a hot shower felt so refreshing. If you're staying in Huoshan, this is the only place (and only place) to stay. Watching the sunset and the stars with the Eighteen Arhats is wonderful. The food at the local restaurant nearby is also great. The front desk lady was also very nice, and the horse riders were also very nice! Really great! Little Black Dragon and his horse trainer are the most beautiful people I've ever met!

The hotel is located on the north bank and the location is excellent. East looking at Zhungeer Peak, Nanxun Baisha Mountain, North Yiqun Peak, and the artistic conception is excellent. The hotel female manager was very enthusiastic, introduced the surrounding environment, and personally took us to the best shooting place, just about 100 meters from the hotel, invincible shooting place. At the same time, I was very lucky to encounter excellent weather. The weather and the local people took the Rizhao Jinshan of Zhungeer Peak. In addition, the oxygen supply equipment in the room greatly solved the high anti-reverse problem. The bedding configuration was even better. It was below zero that night. There was no warm air and no cold. A very good experience!

I arrived late, had dinner first, and had a good time. Eat: The dishes ordered for dinner, the master is estimated to be Sichuan cuisine master, large plate chicken, fan bone, tomato scrambled eggs all CD, very delicious. The price is not cheap, but the taste is good, or worth it. Breakfast is not good, the only hot is eggs, others such as soy milk, flower rolls, steamed buns, side dishes are cold. Live: Room type problem, Zhang Yu occupies a lot of space outside, and the two beds inside are a bit crowded. The heating in the room is very good, the temperature is maintained very well, and there is no heating noise. The oxygen generator in our room should be bad. The room where the friend stayed in the same room smelled a lot. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. Because it was late at night, there was a few degrees outside, so I didn’t go out to find the front desk. I just moved to the outside and slept on the bed... I feel that the boss wants to check the hardware facilities of each room, which is a bit uneven. Service: Check in at the front desk, carry luggage to the room, the service is very good. There is a lady like the boss, the attitude is a bit bad. For breakfast, I saw someone who wanted to pack it to the high-reverse partner in the room. The female boss reprimanded the clerk to take the packing box for the guest. It was quite fierce to tell the guest that it could not be packed, and later said that the packing box would be charged in the future. To be honest, the guest packed the steamed buns and eggs with pickles in total, not much money. If the packing box charges, you can tell the guests well, and it doesn't cost much. There is no need to speak in a disgusted tone. The design and layout of the homestay feel that it is used carefully, but some details will really affect the operation.

When the day arrived, it was evening, and I could watch the sunset and the snow-capped mountains. The scenery was good. I also upgraded the room type. It was directly opposite the snow-capped mountains. The sunset scenery in the evening was very beautiful. The hotel equipment was a little frozen the next day and there was no water. It was also very troublesome, but the service attitude was very good. I also gave a solution. The air conditioner in my room is still ok. It is not cold at night. The other room of my friend has been changed twice. The air conditioner is still not strong. In addition, she has some high reactions. It is also very tossing all night. This season, I still pay more attention to some warm measures. After all, the altitude is 3000+. Safety first, others are very good, have the opportunity to punch in, I hope the hotel facilities can be upgraded some 😊

The hotel is very close to Xingfu No. 5 Bridge. The parking lot is large and convenient for parking. You can order food at night. It is very convenient to stay here during the apricot blossom season. It should be considered a good hotel in the local area.

If you got a choice, I won’t not recommend this. I originally booked another hotel nearby the karakuli lake, but that canceled on me 4 hours before I reached the hotel. Without choice, I found this accommodation. Given that it’s like on highland and it’s a remote place, the fact that there is a hotel is amazing. But really, don’t expect too much. The room doesn’t have air conditioning, it uses this large metal plates for heating. Our room is really huge and so it’s still very cold with those turned on. Couldn’t really shower since there’s no heating in the bath room (mine had a hole one the ceiling which I’m not sure where it goes to, but it’s cold). The breakfast was also just some pickled vegetable, steamed tapioca, bun and egg. It’s fixed ration by pax. You can’t even ask for another egg… for the price paid, I think that seems a bit unreasonable?
