門口就是白沙湖，位置無敵，觀景一流，服務熱情，就是衹有鹹奶茶沒有甜奶茶，希望改進，下次來白沙湖還會入住。

看完杏花回喀什最佳中轉選擇，早晨起床喝杯咖啡還可以去木吉火山轉轉。
表揚一下前台工作人員和古力，熱情耐心。半夜11點突然停電，幫忙去接工作人員忙到凌晨終於搞定🤝

在白沙湖邊上，民宿很美，屋裡有暖氣很暖和。我們晚上到的，接待我們的男生很熱情，我們來的這個季節是淡季沒什麼人，很冷了，所以早餐有點湊合。

酒店的設施非常好，正對着白沙湖。庭院非常漂亮，樓上有咖啡館。景觀無敵。最喜歡這種景區裏的民宿。設施，環境衞生，服務都一級棒。

酒店正對白沙湖，得天獨厚的地理環境，服務也不錯，有求必應（拿多幾牀被子和瓶裝水無限量供應），房間寬敞有地暖設施，但我們入住的三人間洗手間窗户是壞的，但不影響整體供暖，床鋪是乾淨的，但地面打掃總覺得灰塵多 可能高原地區乾燥和灰塵大的緣故，酒店早餐白粥麪條都是現做的熱騰騰，但品種相對單一，整體感覺在高原上有這樣住宿條件算不錯，而且美景當前，總結給予好評。

服務很差，下午來入住的時候前台告知房間還沒打掃出來，我們就把行李留下出去了，前台説幫我們送到房間。等到五點回來，行李還是在前台處，前台帶我們去房間，走到一半隨處一指她就回去了，我們拎着行李在風中凌亂，找不到庭院在哪。
入住酒店發現房間衹有兩瓶水和一堆吃剩的堅果，朋立馬電話前台，她説會處理。等到吃完飯回來還是原樣，朋友去前台詢問，一位男工作人員在旁説本來就應該兩瓶水，朋友很生氣質問難道四個人入住衹喝兩瓶水？前台沒有立馬處理，反而問我們想怎麼樣，是不是想退房。
房間內部很乾很熱，朋友説早上八點起來上廁所還看到了房間裏有老鼠竄過去。
十分不理解，新疆這種價格的住宿，配上這種服務態度。如果想看白沙湖不如直接去他家咖啡館拍照，便宜還好拍，不推薦入住民宿。
