Dear All  I think you have amazing staff , this what's keep a business running.  I want to thank one particular staff , Fatima for helping me to get my mobile back at 5 am in the morning when I was already in the airport.   the hotel location is amazing, it can't be better . the rooms are clean and modern.  I think you are the best 4 stars hotel in Rome.   that what I think honestly.

good location and the hotels is clean would recommend for family as it is great overall

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were on our honeymoon, July 19-21 and July 22-24. We booked two nights each, planning to stay one night on an Italian island. For the first two nights, we had a room on the fourth floor. It was small and the view wasn't great because it was directly in front of another room, but it was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. I returned on the night of the 22nd to check into a different room. They charged me 25 euros without any explanation. I was suspicious because when I checked in on the 19th, it was only 20 euros, but they didn't explain why. We were shown to our room, which was on the ground floor, and the smell of sewage and garbage filled the air. When I opened the window, there was a trash can, and it smelled so bad it was unacceptable. The smell was so unbearable that I asked the front desk staff for a different room, but they sighed and spoke loudly, so their response was terrible. They also showed me to an unused room in another building (there was no room key, and it looked like a hotel from 30 years ago). I hated staying in such a dirty room, even though it cost 40,000 yen a night. I asked for a different room in the hotel I had booked, not in a different building, but they said the only rooms they could offer me were the smelly one and the one I had just seen. They said, "If you don't like that, we'll cancel your reservation and you can stay at a different hotel," so I canceled and stayed at another hotel. The front desk staff who dealt with me was awful and very condescending, which left me feeling very unhappy. They told me the cancellation had been made free of charge, but When I checked on the 24th, the cancellation request had been cancelled on the Trip.com app and no refund had been issued. Since I was in Rome, I visited the hotel again, and the staff member who dealt with me was very honest and agreed to cancel my reservation again, but the response was very slow. It wasn't until the 27th that the refund was finally processed. The service and room were so poor for the price, I will never book again.

Not suitable for friends with large bags

The room is very small, very small, 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum

The location is invincible. With two elders and two children pushing a stroller, all famous attractions can be reached on foot. Except for the high price, I think it can make up for the fare. The breakfast is good, but it will be the same tomorrow. It is also suitable for staying more than 3 days. Friends may find it a bit boring. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel booked on Ctrip included all expenses. After arriving at the store, I was asked to pay a deposit and deduct fees randomly. Asked why the deduction attitude is extremely arrogant, the first to comment on the hotel, it is really unbearable. Worst hotel never lived in.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the front desk staff are courteous and thoughtful, but we came to celebrate the anniversary and the hotel failed to give away drinksIt is disappointing and a pity, and it will be better if the room rate is lowered, and we will stay again in the future! 

The location is good, just opposite the Capitol, but the house is old, the heating doesn't work, there is no elevator on the second floor, it's like a maze, the motorbikes on the road are very noisy, not worth the price
