Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig, nettes Personal in allen Bereichen und Belangen, großes Zimmer mit schöner Einrichtung, gutes Bett Entgegenkommen wird groß geschrieben und das Beste ist, dass es nur ganz wenige Schritte sind zum Park Sanssouci

MAXX Hotel Sanssouci Potsdam exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse. Its convenient location made exploring Potsdam a breeze. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in this beautiful city!

Ein schönes Hotel mit der für uns perfekten Mischung aus Erlebnis und Ruhe, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war vielseitig besonders gefallen hat mir das umfangreiche Obst und Gemüseangebot. Der Tagesausklang in der so aufmerksam gestalteten Bar war ein Highlight.

Top Lage des Hotels, Potsdam kann man gut zu Fuß erkunden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ob an der Bar, am Empfang, beim Frühstück und auch das Reinigungspersonal. Die Parksituation ist nicht so gut. Parkhaus des Hotels ausgebucht und das Parkhaus am Luisenplatz extrem teuer.

Freundliches Personal, saubere und ruhige Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker, man hat viel Auswahl und es ist ausgewogen! In unmittelbarer Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viel zu entdecken z.b. drr er parkeingang zu Sanssouci oder das Brandenburger Tor.

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstücksbüffet. Günstig gelegen, gratis ÖPNV Ticket hat mich sehr gefreut. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Ideal um auch den Schlosspark Sans Souci sich anzuschauen, falls man beruflich in Potsdam ist

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, der Service ist super, das Personal freundlich, die Zimmerausstattung ist in einem modernen Zustand. Mir persönlich hat die räumliche Abtrennung des Waschtisches vom Bad/WC sehr gefallen. Ich war zwar geschäftlich unterwegs, würde das Hotel aber auch für private Aufenthalte buchen, weil die Lage super ist.

Das hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen so das viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Gastronomie (Essen) ist gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Parkplätze im hotel sind sehr begrenzt aber unweit vom hotel gibt es ein großes Parkhaus.

Hotel placed in the middle of Potsdam, good for tourists. Very bad place for professional events. The lack of service and care we experienced was outstanding. Agreements broken, terrible internal communication, aggressive dealing with my guests, buffet ran empty (!!!) , mediocre room service. Don't let yourself be blinded by the name. The staff has a terrible attitude, the processes are obviously not followed.

We stayed three nights. The hotel is situated close to Luisenplatz and within walking distance of the Sanssouci Castle. This is a nice and quiet area of Potsdam with several restaurants and the location is served by excellent public transportation. The hotel provided free tickets to local trams and buses, making it easy to get around. An underground garage is available at EUR 19/night, however access and spaces are narrow, so larger cars may be difficult to get in and out. Our studio was very spacious with comfy beds, a nice sitting group and all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel including a safe with room for a pc. It was very clean and quiet, facing the courtyard. The television set had several channels including a few in English. Excellent breakfast was included in our rate and included several hot and cold choices of high quality. Housekeeping too was very good and we enjoyed our stay here.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig direkt am Park Sanssouci gelegen. Die Fußgängerzone und das holländische Viertel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr angenehm empfand ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Immer da, aber nie aufdringlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werde gerne wiederkommen.

Das Personal im Hotel war ausnahmslos freundlich, das Frühstücks Büffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Man sieht vereinzelt, dass das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen ist und ein wenig Aufhübschung in Form von Farbe und neuerer Ausstattung gebrauchen könnte. Denn die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral gelegen und alles gut zu erreichen. Mit diesem Pfund sollte man arbeiten.

Modernisiertes Business-Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Leider kann der Service damit nicht mithalten: Sauberkeit der Zimmer „optimierbar“, Bar nur zeitweise geöffnet, vor allem aber: Kein eigener Parkplatz, Autos können nur in engem, öffentlichen Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Daher auch keine Tagestickets verfügbar. Parken kann so sehr teuer werden! Keine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos.
