Almost perfect! Entertainment, food, and shopping all very nice. However, the shower in my room had no hot water and the problem was not resolved. Other than that, lovely resort. Will definitely be back 🙂

Very very very bad

The location of the hotel is OK, but the service is basically zero. It took an hour to check in and 20 minutes to check out. The facilities are old, the quilt is pilling, and there is hair from the previous guest, so it is estimated that it has not been washed.

The service is good and the food is delicious! You can snorkel and there is a swimming pool right in front of the hotel! I booked half board and it was great.

Very well placed with direct access to the coral with beautiful fish. Food is good but not much choice for vegetarians. The staff is very friendly and pleasant.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, with a large swimming pool and close to the seaside. However, the room facilities are poor and the facilities are very old. I can't live up to the five-star title, but overall I give it a good review.

The animation team is very nice. They love to speak with guest and they are very friendly. They come to us and told us because the pool party at night and we enjoyed the pool party. It was so nice and two a girls name is Habiba Julia they were so friendly and handsome. Thank you for this nice holiday. We love the hotel and of course the animation team too wee need to come back again 🥳

Onee of the best hotels in sharm,u can definitely visit with no worries, guaranteed u are going to have the best time and i assure u that the animation team will not leave u without a smile in your face,in my experience there was this girl name Yuliya from the animation team, always keeping the good vibes and made sure that everything was perfect so and all the people have really hood vibes as well

This was my first solo trip so was a little apprehensive. From the moment I got into the hotel I was met by friendly faces. As I had got there in the evening 9.40pm and dinner service was about to finish. I was told to leave my cases and to go into get some dinner and I could check in after. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was lovely to see bottled water in the fridge and tea and coffee was stocked well. The room was cleaned daily and the guy cleaning it was lovely and helpful and always left a lovely design with the bedding. If I saw him in the morning he would always ask if I needed anything else and always left extra water in the room for me. I had a lovely garden and sea view room 1608 and was away from entertainment so was relatively quiet. The pool area was quiet in the mornings but much busier in the afternoons as I quickly realised this was due to other travellers coming up from the beach as the sun had gone down however there were more than enough sun beds to cater for this. As a first time solo traveller I was made to feel very comfortable especially when dining. I was greeted personally each day in the dining hall by Besso (food and beverage manager), George, Mina and was always asked if I was enjoying my meal and could they get me anything. On my last day when the wrist bands were taken off at noon, I wasn’t being picked up until 3.45pm and sat in the main reception I was approached by Besso and asked if I wanted some lunch or a drink. As I declined he insisted I have something and brought me some fruit and tea into the reception which I know he didn’t need to do this. This for me speaks volumes! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I really couldn’t fault the staff at this hotel. I was met by smiles all week. The food was varied and plentiful. I personally loved the variety of salads with everything for everyone. I’m not a pastry person however at breakfast there was the largest choice I have ever seen and even I was tempted!! The only downside was the amount of Russians and they can be very rude to the staff which annoyed me but I imagine this is in all around Egypt! I signed up to the 3 day Spa and enjoyed the sessions however you do need to let the receptionist know what you expect I.e. deep tissue, relaxing massage as the masseuse don’t speak English well. I did this on my 3rd occasion snd had a fab massage as requested. I also went on a day boat trip and had the best day snorkelling and diving which was magnificent and would highly recommend. The guides were great and made the day during the trip fun and everyone was included! Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning again

Let me start off by getting the bad out of the way....this hotel was full of Russians whilst we were there and they are extremely rude, so be warned if you're travelling. We have just got home from our stay at Dreams Beach and we loved every minute. We were the only English couple there so we're treated like VIPs. Our room was extremely spacious and it had a fantastic sea view. The air con was really powerful too. We spent all our time down in the beach area and although some days we couldn't swim because of the sea, it was the perfect place to sit and tan. There wasn't a huge selection of food, but what there was was cooked really well and everything tasted fresh. We are really hoping to come back next year as we had such an amazing week! To many Russians, plus to many unruly children. Food is substandard Alcohol not served in any bar until 1pm, due the behaviour of Russian guests. To many people trying to sell things ( spa trea**ents, massage and other beauty products) Whether good, location good ……… that’s it

We had a nice stay here at dreams resort , the restaurant could improve along with the actual food, I found it hard to eat there most days , breakfast had the best variety! But you find the food can be challenging abroad. But the hotel it’s self was nice, the beds were so comfy , the housekeeping is great! The hotel over all was clean. The rooms were lovely, the staff are very friendly especially Mahmoud zaghloul at the pool bar, look out for him he will always be happy to see you! The restaurant staff were friendly also the 2 that look alike! I would advise you take English sterling / dollars as you get a better deal with that! The views at the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, Sharm itself is lush , we really enjoyed our holiday , thank you!
