A nice and comfortable place with a good atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We stayed at the Action Hotel Ras Al Khaimah for one night. The hotel was very good, the room and bathroom were very satisfactory, and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast could be improved, otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was ok, the cleanliness was ok, the location better. Staff was polite and nice.

The receptionist is amazing, The food is great to my test, The location is great too. Not far and easy to find.

Location is good, average room size, friendly staff. However the shower cubicle is very small & not suitable for plus size person.

Good service

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.
