The hotel is an old hotel, so the equipment is relatively old. But the environment of the hotel is very good, surrounded by water. If you book a fishing room, you can fish on the balcony, and you can open the balcony fence to facilitate the placement of fishing boxes. It is very cool, a real fishing room! 👍👍There are a lot of fish, big fish, but more small fish. Basically, the ones that are eaten are small fish. There are a lot of small fish as long as your little finger. It also depends on your location. You can fish in the room or go outside to other locations to fish. The hotel is very generous in this regard and does not restrict guests who go fishing. Many customers probably go there just for fishing, which is great! The guest room is quite large and the stay is quite comfortable! The attitude and initiative of the service need to be improved. On the contrary, the service of the security guards at the main entrance and lobby door is better than that of the internal staff, more proactive and polite! The breakfast is so-so. When there are many guests, the replenishment is not timely and you need to wait for each item! There are charging stations in the parking lots in front and behind the hotel, which is very convenient! I won’t comment on the hot springs if I haven’t been there!

This time I booked a villa room with a private hot spring bath in the courtyard, which was a great experience. First of all, the hotel's surroundings are particularly good, surrounded by mountains and with fresh air. It was after the holidays, so it was very quiet and felt a bit like a paradise. The service attitude of the staff is also great, the food in the Chinese restaurant tastes good and the price is affordable. I especially like the osmanthus flowers that fill the garden, the air is so sweet. The hot spring is a real natural hot spring, and your skin will feel smooth after soaking in it. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, the bedding is very comfortable, the environment is good and quiet, it is a good place for leisure and vacation. Will come again next time.

This is my 6th time staying at the River Palace Hotel. The attitude of the waiters is very good, but the equipment is very old! The phone in the room has been broken for a year and has not been recycled! There is a foul smell in the toilet! Hopefully Lijiang Hot Spring will be renovated and improved. The buffet has too little to eat. . . The hotel facilities are poor, and there are no boiled eggs for breakfast. . . There is also a limit to the number of people in the hot springs, sorry for more than a thousand nights. . .

每次來雲門都住麗宮，性價比非常高，喜歡園區里人少清凈，早餐品種豐富。温泉舒服，免費的魚療池是我的最愛。房間一如既往的大，沐浴露和洗髮水是我喜歡的白茶香味。稍微不足的是，房間沒有了咖啡和布拖鞋。

房間很大，很潔凈，類中式風格古色古香。大陽台，窗外風景優美，如一幅水墨畫。遠山近水，酒店矗立在湖中，亭台樓閣聯接，意境幽遠。服務員小謝也特熱情，免費給我們房升級，服務周到，感覺如賓至如歸。温泉叢林圍繞，特別別緻，很好的一次體驗。

酒店衞生非常之差 服務也差！唯一喜歡就是自然環境比較好。酒店設施配套非常殘舊。後面也不打算最入住！這次入住真是無語😓。

這間酒店我一年最少來住兩次，這個是最少哦！有時候一年住個住三、四次，一直都覺得是這個地方最好的酒店了！但這次住真的有點失望啊！温泉水因為前幾天下了大暴雨，成了鐵銹色，這個可以原諒！但整體的衞生跟服務真的應該好好整頓一下了！搞得我都以為老闆不想再開下去了！

酒店有點年代了，部分設施有點老舊。但是基本乾淨。温泉區池子還是有不少，但是游泳池沒開。酒店內有中餐廳還有一家燒烤檔。門口也有一條農家樂，步行可達。酒店有幾個池塘可以釣魚。周邊開車去雲門山雲門寺20多分鐘比較方便。

訂的比較遲，剩下這個深睡大床房，沒看到🈶評價，住之前還有點忐忑，到店後感受不錯，酒店是有點舊了，但環境很好，羣山環繞，空氣清新，房間打掃也算乾淨，就是陽台蚊子有點多，不過有山有水的也難免的了。零壓床墊有點驚喜，左右兩邊可以用遙控分別調整軟硬，整套床品都很舒服

設施：真的是舊了，保養的很差，房間裏枱燈是壞的，椅子是臟的，上面還有紅色痕跡（血跡？），總之哪兒哪兒都很舊 衞生：一般，住一晚對付一下 環境：酒店比較大，整體環境是不錯的，就是保養太差！ 服務：服務還可以，臨走送了陳皮茶～訂的早，性價比比較高，送了無限次温泉票，這個超值，温泉比珠海的好多了，池很多，人不多！還送了雲門寺的門票，雖然不貴，也是省錢了！

優點1. 訂的湖景房，風景確實不錯 缺點 1. 門外是開放式走廊，隔音差，五一老是有小孩子邊跑邊尖叫，直到晚上十一點半才算真正的安靜。 2. 蚊子多，酒店消殺做的不好，為了防止蚊子進來陽台門我都不開的，結果保潔打掃衞生把門敞開，好傢伙，蚊子進來了，住了四天，每天晚上耳邊嗡嗡嗡的全是蚊子。 3. 我不需要保潔進來打掃，按鈕按了勿擾模式，結果還是打掃了。我覺得不如給住客個文字門牌，掛門口不是很好嗎。按鈕亮起來一點不明顯的。第一天早上八點半敲門打掃衞生，後面三天沒有發生過這種情況。 4. 温泉區人很多，小孩子拿着水槍玩水尖叫，彷彿變成了水上樂園，讓人不適應。衹泡了一次再也沒去了。 總得來説四天，衹睡好了兩天。下次還是要住全季亞朵這種連鎖，起碼專業，可以休息好。

房間很大！就是露台衹有一把椅子，衞生也還不錯，整個地方環境很好。餐廳的燒雞超好吃！ 雙人云瑤谷無限次温泉門票:無限次很nice 雲門寺門票:還可以 有機會再來的韶關的話 還會入住！很舒服 很放鬆。
