This is a very poorly maintained hotel, air conditioning not working, washing basin drainage is not working properly, incests including cockroaches are seen . Not come again.

The room is spacious and children friendly. The location is perfect as it is just a few minutes walk from Sunac. The front desk was very helpful but cleanliness needs improvement , we were given a towel full of cigarettes smell, which deducted a lot of marks in the ratings .

A very basic hotel with a great location to the snowboard place. And very close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

The price of the apartment is a little bit higher than other similar apartment.

Good location with reasonable price

The serviced apartment is very convenient in terms of location. With loads of nice and small restaurants downstairs and the shopping mall and theme parks across the street. Location vice, it's absolutely perfect. In terms of the room, it's slightly rundown. Bathroom was basic minimal. Wasn't aware that the water was one of those heated/boiled water type and need to wait for it to be boiled up in order to have hot shower. So, for families of four staying in the room, we need to wait for a bit in between each person's shower. Saying that, the kids themed room with the video arcade set inside the room is a major plus! Both adult and kids love playing it. It was great. Bed was comfortable. Overall it's not a bad stay. For the price paid, it's worth it.

The room is spacious and the environment is hygienic. The location is very convenient, just opposite Sunac, you can walk there for skiing, and there are many restaurants downstairs. The landlord's service is commendable. My child's wallet was left in the room, and they helped keep it, which was really considerate. Great value for money, I will stay here again next time. 

It’s a place with a high CP value. It has all the equipment, including a washing machine and plenty of hot water. For the price, there’s no need to complain. I’ll give it a good chance to go skiing next time. The price is really affordable!

The glass of the bathroom exhaust window is transparent and needs to be shielded. The building opposite is relatively high, so if you have a telescope, you can see the situation in the bathroom. The hotel needs to be checked more carefully. There are more mosquitoes at night.

Right next to Sunac Mall, the location is very good. The hygiene inside the room is also good, and parking is available until 10 pm the next day, which is very convenient. There is a game console in the room, and adults and children have a lot of fun playing. However, there is only one small bench, which is not enough for two people to play games. There is also a quilt that smells a bit, as if someone didn't wipe their mouth after eating. I hope you will pay attention to it in the future.
