Excellent hotel. Staff were all polite and friendly especially the female member of staff on reception on our arrival. There was a slight issue with my booking(my fault) which she resolved immediately. The room was excellent. Only slight issue was it was to hot. Breakfast was very good. Overall an excellent hotel which I would happily return to and recommend.

The facilities in the room didn’t meet the expectations. We booked a family room for 2 adults and a kid but the room size was just like a double room or even smaller.We were totally disappointed with that we also had to pay parking charges for our car. The breakfast was good and the staff was also friendly. But will not recommend it for families.

The best stay on this trip to the southern coast of England. The room was large and we were impressed by the rich English breakfast facing the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel's excellent location is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

The location is perfect, right at the Land's end, which can be said to be a scenic spot with unlimited views. I vaguely remembered that I had made a reservation for dinner. When I asked, I was confused and told me that I didn't have a reservation. In the end, I could only enjoy the dishes ordered at the bar, which was obviously not of the same level. , fortunately, the breakfast was saved, the restaurant has beautiful scenery, and the mood is comfortable.

The location of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast and the food are excellent. There is a bit of amusement park hustle and bustle at the entrance but we didn't find that disturbing. The rooms and the bed are a bit small but comfortable.

The room is very comfortable, although the sound insulation is slightly poor. 2. The front desk service of the hotel needs to be improved urgently. I arrived at the hotel at 14 o'clock, dragging a suitcase and carrying a bag of luggage. The front desk clerk just told me indifferently that I could check in at 15 o'clock. Because there was a wedding and there were many people on that day, I couldn't store my luggage. Walk back to the parking lot with your luggage and put it back in the car. 3. The breakfast and dinner are good, but due to the wedding, marathon, etc., there are many people in the bar, but the restaurant is okay, although the serving is very slow. 4. Remember to register the license plate at the front desk when you come by car, you can park for free.
