MM253769****Full marks, excellent review! The service was incredibly warm. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, someone came to greet us and help with our luggage. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and the arrangements were very thoughtful. When it started raining while we were playing on the lawn, someone immediately came with an umbrella to pick us up. Breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all 😝. There were various vegetables in the garden, and it was so delicious to eat what we picked ourselves. Every photo we took turned out amazing; the scenery is incredibly beautiful and so therapeutic. Our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to all the staff; this was a truly wonderful trip.

GGuest UserWe were a party of two and booked a twin room. Both beds were 1.2 meters wide, so there was plenty of space to move around and place our belongings without feeling cramped at all. The room was over 40 square meters, offering a very spacious feel, unlike many hotels where you walk in and immediately feel confined. We could spread out our luggage and move around freely, which made our stay incredibly open and comfortable. Parking at the hotel was also incredibly convenient with ample free parking spots, which was a huge plus for us as self-driving tourists. No need to hunt for parking or spend extra money – it was stress-free and reassuring. The overall environment of the hotel was excellent; it was clean, tidy, and the air was fresh. Both the hallways and the room itself were immaculately maintained, which was very pleasant to see. What truly impressed us was the staff's service attitude – they were consistently warm and polite from start to finish. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions with a gentle tone, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout. All the facilities in the room were practical, making our stay comfortable and convenient without any annoying issues. It was quiet at night, so we got a really good rest. The location is also great, making it easy to get around for travel or business, and the surrounding area is pleasant. Overall, from the room space and parking convenience to the service attitude, there was nothing to fault. It was a very practical and comfortable stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to friends visiting for leisure or business – both the value for money and comfort are top-notch, so go for it!

The service is also incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making the experience truly amazing. You can go fishing and feed the adorable lambs! The BBQ at night was delicious too! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

JJinningruanjiI initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied.
Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation…
Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left.
The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together.
My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

It could be a bit more clean. I've stayed there for a few days and it felt that the cleaning person was overwhelmed so maybe there wasn't enough staff.
People smoking in the lobby was also pretty bad.

Stepping inside, my mind immediately quieted, listening to the sounds of nature, far from the city's hustle and bustle. This sanctuary is precisely the holiday life I've always sought.
Against the backdrop of dark brown wooden walls, two books on a small shelf become an elegant focal point. 'Grass and Trees Are Interesting' with its vibrant green cover seems to tell tales of nature's delights, while 'Dust,' though simply designed, is profoundly meaningful, like a microcosm of life's myriad forms. A wine glass hanging nearby adds to the relaxed ambiance. Here, with a book in hand and a glass of wine, time itself seems to slow down, allowing the soul to find rest amidst the words and tranquility.
The room was clean and tidy, the service warm, and the facilities complete. You can truly feel that the host has blended high standards with natural vitality. It's like a secret haven outside the city that, once seen, calms the heart, making one wish to linger a little longer and savor this leisurely blend of green and peace.

GGuest UserEvery time I come to Shiwan, I will stay in this hotel. The environment and hygiene are excellent, the decoration is elegant and classy, warm and comfortable, giving people a feeling of home. I asked the front desk to send something, and it was a cute little robot, which was a surprise.

AAnonymous UserWe have spent just an unforgettable time there. The houses were great, all new and comfortable. The nature just amazing, very calm, fishing was good, you have a place for BBQ, so we were totally satisfied with everything!
