From the beginning of the stay, I was moved by the details: the front desk girl not only added WeChat for the first time, patiently recommended the nearby food and beauty, but also specially prepared small gifts for the children, this intention instantly makes people feel as warm as home. The hotel's hardware and service are nothing to say. The laundry room and gym are well managed, especially the laundry room. The front desk lady is very thoughtful to tell us that there is an independent disposable laundry detergent and disinfectant or free, and will clearly inform the exact time to pick up the clothes, which is particularly worry-free. There are always staff active guidance at the elevator entrance, and the whole experience is very smooth. It can be seen that every employee is well-trained, from reception to supporting services, professional and caring everywhere, completely worthy of the gold signboard of ”Yahao”. Next time you come to Luofu Mountain, you must choose here!

KKat12345This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

MM253769****Full marks, excellent review! The service was incredibly warm. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, someone came to greet us and help with our luggage. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and the arrangements were very thoughtful. When it started raining while we were playing on the lawn, someone immediately came with an umbrella to pick us up. Breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all 😝. There were various vegetables in the garden, and it was so delicious to eat what we picked ourselves. Every photo we took turned out amazing; the scenery is incredibly beautiful and so therapeutic. Our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to all the staff; this was a truly wonderful trip.

AAnonymous UserWe have spent just an unforgettable time there. The houses were great, all new and comfortable. The nature just amazing, very calm, fishing was good, you have a place for BBQ, so we were totally satisfied with everything!
Also wanted to say THANKS to the guy at the reception, he was so kind and was helping with everything!

SSiu ChungAlthough I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor.
The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel.
The breakfast buffet is okay, but there is not much choice of food.
