Nestled at the foot of the mountain, the surroundings are very quiet, the air is fresh, and you can hear birds chirping. The staff are excellent, offering a warm welcome and detailed explanations. Sunny afternoons are the best time, making you feel completely at ease. You can watch sheep, go fishing 🎣, and pick plenty of fresh vegetables, especially the cherry tomatoes, which were incredibly delicious – everyone ate so much! We even took a lot home. Just two small suggestions: It would be best if the staff wore a unified uniform. While the service was excellent, it was hard to tell who was who. Also, it gets quite cold outdoors in the evenings this time of year, so a heater or a charcoal grill would be really essential! We were freezing in the outdoor gazebo at night 😂 Overall, it's still a great review.

The mountainside community, built into the hillside, is lush with greenery, reflecting the surrounding lake, creating a tranquil and pure environment with a minimalist yet sophisticated atmosphere. Unlike noisy tourist attractions, the slow-paced experiences here are gentle and healing, precisely soothing the restlessness of city dwellers. A few days' stay, away from the crowds and disturbances, allows me to rejuvenate my body and mind in the tranquility of the mountains—a relaxing and healing journey for the soul.

I initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied. Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation… Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left. The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together. My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The front desk staff are efficient and professional, handling check-in quickly, responding to requests promptly, and always being polite and courteous. The guest rooms have a business-minimalist aesthetic, are well-organized, and offer a quiet and peaceful environment, making them ideal for both work and relaxation. The rooms are spotless, with great attention to cleanliness, and the desks are tidy and clutter-free. The bathroom is dry and pristine. The lighting is soft and pleasant, and the internet connection is fast and stable, perfect for working or streaming without any issues. The bed is incredibly comfortable, providing much-needed relief after a long journey. The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, including a laundry room and lounge areas. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the value for money is outstanding, making it my top choice for business travel.

Naked Retreats' first foray into South China is definitely worth experiencing! Nestled amidst thousands of acres of tea plantations, with tea mountains all around, the air is incredibly fresh. We even participated in tea picking and processing organized by the hotel – a truly unique experience. The activities for children were plentiful; older kids could participate from morning till night without parental supervision. The staff were also very patient and welcoming with the children. The food at both restaurants was quite good, although the service was slightly lacking during the Qingming Festival holiday when it was newly opened, but this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall experience. I believe it will continue to improve and is definitely worth a visit!

The estate is quite large, and the shuttle service from the front desk to the sightseeing vehicles is very convenient. It's a great place for families with kids or for a relaxing fishing vacation.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing guesthouse I've stumbled upon! The ambiance is simply incredible, a truly therapeutic space with beauty everywhere you look. Every photo turns out perfectly. I especially love the way the sunlight filters through the plants, casting shadows on the ground—it's so healing. I could happily sit in the courtyard all day, just daydreaming, without wanting to leave. The facilities are top-notch, and the design of both the courtyard and rooms is absolutely perfect. Staying here feels just like home, with no one to bother you – it's incredibly comfortable! I honestly wish time could stand still at this moment. The hygiene is also impeccable, and the room comes stocked with drinks and plenty of bottled water. The service is great too. For meals, local farm restaurants offer delivery, and the food perfectly suits my taste. This is definitely a guesthouse worth returning to.

At first I lived on the 19th floor. The room was relatively large. Later, I changed to a room with a bathtub. As a result, the glass walls on the side of the bathtub were all broken, and other rooms with bathtubs were the same. The waiter said it was safe. Is it really not afraid that the glass breaks and hurts customers? The heart is really big. I have seen a scene of a hotel glass breaking. Hurry back to the original room, the 19th floor, the floor is very high, there are still flying insects, the hotel health is not flattering.

Optimization suggestion: the balcony guardrail of the lake view room is best to be remodeled. The current fixed type can't fish on the balcony at all. It is not easy to change the bait by the guardrail. Even if the fish is not easy to pull the fish. It feels more feasible to make a section of open guardrail, if you extend it directly outside the balcony and make a fishing platform, it will be perfect. 2. The location of the homestay is actually quite biased, but it is not bad to eat, live and play inside. There is also a tent room. My wife said it was quite good. I chose to see it. The children are more happy to play outside the amusement facilities. 3. The room hardware is actually okay, of course, it cannot be standardized compared with big hotels. But it is still recommended to change the shower to 99 yuan a millet, the current shower block is too powerful, take a bath is hard to wash the body hot. 4.
