This hotel is great, the service is superb, and the lobby has a faint fragrance. The comfort of the room is also very good, highly recommended to everyone!

I initially chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly, and overall, I was satisfied. Amenities: Movies, karaoke, ping pong, an infinity pool, afternoon tea, relaxation… Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They offered complimentary tea by the hearth, and the food was brought to you wherever you chose to dine. It was all home-style cooking, and you could order in advance. A portable tea set and a fruit platter (redeemable with 1 point) were provided upon check-in. A complimentary gift was given upon check-out, and they even waved goodbye as your car left. The owner is a woman from Hunan, and I particularly admire her philosophy: none of the rooms have TVs, encouraging children to interact more, and the same goes for adults. Even strangers can have fun karaoke together. My only suggestion is that the coffee shop could be opened. I would recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The view from this room is really great, bright and spacious. There is a supermarket and commercial district downstairs. The mattress is moderate and does not collapse. The curtains are a little light-transmitting in the morning. I hope it can be improved. The breakfast is not bad

The room has a deep courtyard, the mountain spring water bubble pool is quiet in the flowers and trees, soak in the clear spring water, watch the shadows and screen the light, listen to the mountain wind through the forest, even breathe the sweetness of the grass. There is an open leisure lawn in the homestay, suitable for swinging on the swing for half a day, or laying a picnic cloth; the pool by the stream reflects the mountain view, swimming in the middle, as if in the arms of nature. White yarns over the corner, trees are reflected in the window, the house is elegant and warm leisure space, the house is full of greenery. Here, there is no need to catch up with time, you need to make tea, watch the mountains, listen to the stream, and live your days into poetry.

The location of this hotel is really convenient, just at the foot of Luofu Mountain, the surrounding environment is very quiet, suitable for wanting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at the front desk was very kind when checking in, and patiently answered questions when consulting. We booked a twin room, the room was more spacious than expected. The bedding was clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable to sleep. The view outside the window is good, you can see some green plants, and the air is particularly fresh when you open the window in the morning. The overall health of the hotel is maintained very well, whether it is in the public area or in the room, it gives people a refreshing and tidy feeling. The environment of the manor is very carefully arranged, and it is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. The experience of this short vacation is generally very relaxing, and I will consider coming again if I have the opportunity in the future.

Hotels near Luofu Mountain were hard to find during the Dragon Boat Festival, so I chose this relatively new one. Here are the reasons for my negative review: 1. Poor design. There were no hooks in the shower room to hang clothes, meaning you had to walk out naked after showering? 2. Poor cleanliness…see the pictures. 3. The front desk service was also poor during check-in.

At first I lived on the 19th floor. The room was relatively large. Later, I changed to a room with a bathtub. As a result, the glass walls on the side of the bathtub were all broken, and other rooms with bathtubs were the same. The waiter said it was safe. Is it really not afraid that the glass breaks and hurts customers? The heart is really big. I have seen a scene of a hotel glass breaking. Hurry back to the original room, the 19th floor, the floor is very high, there are still flying insects, the hotel health is not flattering.

Although I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor. The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet is okay, but there is not much choice of food.

The Wiesel Hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms are immaculate and stylishly decorated. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond. The location is perfect, making it a top choice for any traveler. Highly recommend!
