QQishi①gewangFirst, the room window is located in the corridor. There was no sign indicating this in the shop, which is a serious discrepancy from the advertised pictures. Additionally, the room was a mahjong room, with a strong smell of smoke. The exhaust fan was constantly running, severely affecting rest. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the staff lacked initiative in providing service. The room's hardware, all made of solid wood, should be commended. However, compared to a good rest, everything else is extremely poor. A hotel's purpose is to provide a good resting environment; if you can't rest well, everything else is terrible.

GGuest UserThe bathroom was spotless, free of water stains and grime. The overall environment was fantastic, and the room was spacious. There was plenty of space to move around freely, and I could comfortably unpack my luggage. The hygiene management was meticulous.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, and underground parking is really convenient. The family rooms were fully booked when I made the reservation, so I had to book two twin rooms. When we arrived, the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room – that was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and the late check-out until 3 PM was a huge plus.

MMVBI traveled to Old Kapok Cloud Art Village in July 2025 with my 18 year old son and three nephews during a month-long trip to China. Everyone agreed that our brief stay there was their favorite part of the entire trip! They all said they want to return and stay much longer than 2 days. It is absolutely beautiful, meticulously clean, interesting, and the most special location. The breakfast was delicious and the people there were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. My son and his cousins quickly befriended one of the staff and hope that they can keep in touch in the future. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects of our visit. We chose that location because it is close to the tea plantation that surrounds the hotel grounds, but our stay within the Kapok Village hotel was as wonderful as the tea plantation experience itself. This is a 5-star experience that will leave a life-long impression. They offer not only a comfortable, elegant setting, they mix that with gracious hosting. Thank you for the most wonderful experience for my family!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The whole check-in process was very pleasant and reassuring. I came in advance to experience the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays. The hotel is right next to the famous Xishan Bridge. The location of the hotel is very good and the room is very comfortable. I didn't expect the price to be so cheap. I asked The lady at the front desk recommended a place to eat and play. I was very satisfied. I am planning to take my family here during the annual vacation. I still recommend this hotel. It’s great.

AAnonymous UserThe location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though.
The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not.
I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap.
Overall, I guess it's worth the price.

YYiheyueThe hotel is very close to the stone-paved street. Just turn right and go downhill from the hotel exit, and you'll find a wide variety of restaurants and night markets to experience the local atmosphere. The hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary disposable bath towels and hand towels.

GGuest UserAfter staying for two days, I felt that the facilities were quite new at the beginning, and the overall impression was OK. Then I found that the physical lock of the room door could not be screwed before going to bed on the first day, but because I was too tired, I put two cups at the door and slept first. The next day, I recorded a video to the front desk to reflect the door lock. The male boss quibbled that it was all the same, saying that the physical lock was useless. If there was a card, it would still be opened by a brush from the outside.
Then, the next day, the outrageous thing happened. After inserting the card to get electricity, it came for a while. The power outage came automatically. Finally, after repeated tossing more than 20 times, it was completely out of power. I called the boss to repair it once, and it happened again after 20 minutes, and then repaired it again. In the middle of the night, it was more than 11 o'clock, and the electricity finally stabilized. During the period, the female boss proposed to change the room, but because there were too many things, I didn't want to pack it twice, and refused.
More outrageous things, the male boss came up to repair the electricity and continued to argue with me that the door lock was no problem, but he reached out and twisted it, and the undisguised soul asked: ”Ugh??” Then he continued to argue that other doors were not like this. Anyway, it's quite speechless, there is nothing to say, I'm more unlucky if other doors don't.
