I thought he would have a better attitude and explain why I waited so long for check-in. I didn't expect the manager to be even more arrogant. Our hotel is managed like this. If there is no one, you just wait. There is no explanation. You can stay or not. Their hotel is very busy. Oh my god, it's really awesome. The lobby has too strong fragrance.
