But the view from the second floor was truly stunning.

I recommend hiking in the bamboo forest around 4 pm in the summer if you can't get up early; the scenery is beautiful and it's not too hot. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the mountain, which is a good thing the guesthouse doesn't have.

The staff is great, super nice. It’s a little loud in the night as the walls are thin and garbage was picked up around 4am. Amazing value for money, the rooms are spacious, have windows, no unpleasant odors at all. The beds are hard, not as soft as the bigger hotels might have. You can walk to the tianshou temple and the food street in like 10 minutes. Great stay!!!!
