我們當天到酒店的時候，已經是下午18:15了，酒店房間還沒有打掃好的，對於常年奔波在外的我，臟房在這個時間還沒打掃好我是不能理解的，畢竟我衹是預訂了一間房，後來前台一個主管説上去看一下，下樓來也沒直接説房間好沒好，給我們辦理登機的小姑娘追問了，才説在鋪被子。我才起出來，把房卡做給我，我們上樓把東西放了去吃飯。這種建議不應該是前台，或者主管給我們解決嗎，為什麼要我們自己提出來來呢？而且辦理入住的時候，在我們後抵達的客人是有房的，前台解釋，我定的這房型沒有幾間，那種這情況下，酒店是不是可以給合理化的安排呢？不過，有一説一，酒店的地理位置和硬件還是不錯的，希望以後在服務上能跟進提升，畢竟廣德作為一個網紅城市，將要接納更多更大量的外地遊客

Since we just had the Spring Festival holiday, there were not many guests when we arrived, so there was no buffet for breakfast, it was delivered, just a few, no vegetables to eat. Understand. What needs to be improved is: (1) It is such a well-decorated hotel laundry room that is too simple. The washing machine and dryer are all household models, with small power, long washing and drying time, and laundry bags are not provided. It is strongly recommended that the hotel change to commercial washing machines and dryers. (2) The front desk service is average, I didn't see a smiley face, and the service beauty was playing with the mobile phone when I left the hotel.
