Hekou Hotels with Parking

Beyond my expectations! I chose this hotel as it seemed to be close to the train station (which it is) and I was not expecting much. The hotel is totally new, domotic and super confortable. It was great! If I have to mention anything to be improved, is the tobacco smell, but I am finding thus everywhere in China, it's not just this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the lady at the recepción desk totally went beyond the call of duty helping me! I am so grateful! I won't forget. Thank you SO much!

Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!

The room is very spacious. The bedsheet, quilt cover and towels are clean. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.   The hotel is located at the back of the main road with a quiet environment.  It is so convenient that some street shops are next to the hotel.

I stayed in Hekou for several days and stayed in 3 hotels. Hekou Jiashang Business Hotel has the best hardware and software. 1. The parking lot is very large, and it can accommodate more than a dozen buses without any problem. RV tours and motorcycle tours can all come here. During my stay, I saw an RV traveling guy parked here for 2 nights. 2. The room is clean, tidy and big. There are chairs for simple working. 3. Because it opened this year, the bed sheets, duvet covers and pillows are all new, including bath towels. The quality is similar to that used in mid-range hotels. You can tell by touching it. 3. I care about whether the bath water is hot or not, whether the water flow is strong or not, and whether the floor drain leaks quickly. Hekou Jiashang Hotel did not disappoint me in these aspects. 4. The shampoo and shower gel can only be said to be average, but at this price, I don’t dare to expect too much 😂. I think hotels must have a small bar of soap. I remember this one has it. 5. The hotel is quiet. In addition, there are two time-honored restaurants on the right side of the door, which I think are very good. Finally, the small town at the mouth of the river has very good conditions in terms of tourism, food and trade. It has something to offer. If it is built well, it will definitely attract many Chinese and Vietnamese tourists. It is a pity that it has no characteristics now. It is really a pity.

Tropical View Hotel is a great experience, full of healing! This viewing hotel in the tropical area this time completely exceeded expectations, it is definitely a treasure-level accommodation choice! The environment of the hotel is really impeccable. It is surrounded by dense tropical vegetation. The trees can be seen everywhere. The breeze can smell the faint fragrance of flowers. It is accompanied by crisp bird song. It seems to live in a natural oxygen bar, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and relax physically and mentally. The hygiene is even more reassuring. The room is spotless, the bedding is white and soft, and there is no smell. The details of the bathroom, table top, corners and other details are cleaned. There is no dust on the table and chairs on the terrace. You can feel the staff's intentions. The most amazing is the scenery! Open the balcony door, and you will see a tropical coconut grove. You can see the blue coastline in the distance. Wake up with the sunrise in the morning. In the evening, you will see the sunset dyeing the sky orange and pink. Whether it is drinking tea on the terrace of the room or relaxing in the hotel's viewing pool, the eyes are full of healing tropical scenery, it is really pleasant! The location is also very good, you can see the Red River outside the window, you can see Vietnam on the opposite side, the surrounding transportation is convenient, you can feel the tropical streets when you go out, and eat local specialties. In short, whether it is the environment, health or scenery is impeccable, I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to the tropical!

The home-cooked food offered looked delicious, but being vegetarian, sadly I couldn't try it. The hosts were beyond helpful, going to great lengths to help me sort out transportation problems with by ebike, after I discovered there was no luggage consignment available at Hekou North train station. They were willing to store my bike for free until I returned, but in the end managed to organise transport to Lijiang with a local logistics company which I would never have found myself, after all the major firms refused. Can't praise them enough - wonderful people.

The owner is super friendly even though she cannot speak English and I cannot speak Chinese. Once she understands what we want, she will try her best to serve. One member in our group was sick and the owner is very kind to give us ginger and honey when we ask. The room is clean and quite large for two people. It's totally enough for our group's simple style. The only disadvantage is it's not near the downtown and may take your time to find out if you do not speak Chinese. But overall for us the experience was still great because we enjoy riding electric bicycle around.

Everything is OK, clean, and it is in the center of Hekou City. There are various noodle shops nearby. The bed is very soft, you can watch TV, and the air conditioner is working normally. Come and stay.

The room and bathroom are quite large. The WiFi works well. The remote control does not seem to be the one intended for the television. There is a kettle and we are provided with bottles of water. There is also a water bottle in the hallway. My room was cleaned quickly because there were traces left at the exit of the bathroom. You have to be athletic because my room is on the 6th floor without an elevator. It is difficult to talk to the staff who only speak Chinese even with the translation tools. But for the price it is really very good.
