雖然是家庭旅館，但因為窗外的棕櫚樹和小陽台而很有熱帶風情，店主熱情有問必答，在主幹道上，好找。對着河，對面就是越南。去口岸、美食街走走就到。衞生也不錯，就是捲紙太少了。

位置是好位置，就在濱江的大路上，晚上逛街很方便，距離口岸和風情街、老火車站都不遠。我那間房還有小陽台，曬衣服方便。就是沒有抽紙，但不是我挑剔，我雲南一路住的都是差不多價位又寵物友好的，沒有對比沒有傷害。還有就是沒有停車場，問題就在這，我訂的其他地方的同價位民宿至少還能停路邊，但這次卻衹能停到老闆家附近，距離賓館有1公里左右。

水果椰子不新鮮 大過年了給**喝住院了
房間很不錯 很安靜 也乾淨
老闆娘見我行李重還幫忙提上去

很差勁的一次體驗，一到店老闆就説網上定的房間在6樓，讓退了加錢開下面3樓或者4樓的。其實退不退訂單這個事對於我個人無所謂，但是是不可以無條件退的，而且還要我加錢。我就沒有退我説6樓沒事的。結果上去住了一晚才發現有門道的。6樓確實熱，當然他的空調也確實不製冷。他空調不製冷，窗户還沒有紗窗，你還得開些一點，開着窗户又到處都是蚊子。當然這還不算，他給你的是冬天的厚被子。7月的河口你給冬天雲南都蓋不到的厚被子，66。見識了。
