GGuest UserIt was a convenient location to our factory, and recommended by the supplier, which we were more than happy to accommodate. it was clean and the staff were great, but the interior was a little tired and the breakfast was limited for a western customer, albeit there were plenty of options for freshly prepared food.

GGuest UserThe stay at this hotel was simply amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel door, I was attracted by the warm atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was quick and efficient, and they also introduced us to the hotel's various facilities and surrounding attractions in detail. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and people didn't want to get up when they lay down. The layout of the room is also very exquisite, all kinds of daily necessities are available, which can fully meet daily needs. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and varied, the food is fresh and delicious, making people happy and satisfied. And the location of the hotel is very good, the travel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is developed, and there are many shopping and entertainment places nearby. The hotel's service is not to say, the staff is always smiling, responds to the needs of the guests in a timely manner, and the service is particularly intimate.

SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

LLele&mamaI have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it.

You can choose from it and it tastes good. In the evening, you can also go to Linyi Station Square to watch the square dance.

MM428227****The hotel was very clean, visibly so, and the toiletries were quite good. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable and soft—truly excellent. Front desk staff member #1 had a great attitude. Overall, the experience was great value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and included local specialties.

The lobby is not spacious, but the lights are bright, the decoration is a standard ”Express Hotel style”, there are two staff at the front desk, the process is very skilled. Check the ID card, swipe card, delivery room card and deposit slip, the whole process is no more than three minutes, communication is limited to necessary confirmation, no extra chills.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy. We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored. We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.

The location is very convenient, not far from the attractions, travel by taxi, car is very worry-free, eating and shopping around is also convenient. Health is in place, the bathroom has no dead ends, and the toiletries are complete. The front desk service is warm and polite, the check-in is fast and efficient, and the questions are answered patiently. The hotel is soundproofed, very quiet at night, and can rest well. The facilities are complete and easy to use, the network is stable, and the overall environment is warm and comfortable. Very good value for money, fully meet the needs of travel accommodation, live at ease and comfort, highly recommended to friends who come to play, will choose here next time.
