The front desk staff is courteous and welcoming; the housekeeping staff is attentive and thoughtful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the overall stay experience is very comfortable. Only a little suggestion: there is a fault in the lobby button on the first floor of the elevator, and the lights will not be turned on after continuous pressing. Guests cannot confirm whether they successfully call the elevator, and can only press the button repeatedly, which is easy to cause inconvenience. I hope that the hotel will overhaul and maintain the equipment as soon as possible, improve the details, and believe that the overall experience will be more perfect.

The hotel I booked this time was a real surprise! The room and bathroom were spotless, the facilities were complete, and the mattress was exactly the firmness I wanted—I slept soundly all night. Excellent location, close to Daxin Market and Keduhui, and the famous ”Sixth Aunt” food stall right across the street; both directions are bustling and lively. The hotel's dim sum is renowned locally, and its meals are among the best. However, the hotel has too few twin rooms and no balcony, which deters many families with older children; hopefully, this can be improved.

We chose this place because it's close to the Yingfei Skydiving Club in Luoding (3.9 km), a convenient distance with a pleasant environment. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are new, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm, attentive, and meticulous. There is free underground parking. There's a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor; while the number of machines is limited, it's not frequently used, so there's usually no queue.

The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the shower water is even and the temperature is stable, and the fatigue of the day is washed away. Although the gym is not big, the equipment is an international front-line brand and is very clean. Overall, the hardware facilities are definitely worthy of the five-star standard

The bad review is for the front desk. I booked 4 double rooms online. I went to say that there were 2 rooms. I also blamed us for staying too late? The room booked at 6 o'clock in the evening, is it too late to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening? Besides, I booked the room, what time to stay, shouldn't it be my right? Not enough room, coordinate other rooms for me, but also the price of the guests on business trips! Why is my work not in place, but let the guests take responsibility? The rooms are fully furnished, the newly opened hotel is clean and hygienic, there are markets and gourmet shops nearby, you can eat local food rice noodles in the morning, or you can buy local specialty fish rot. very satisfied.
