GGuest UserThe front desk service was very polite. I thought the hotel was not very good at the door. The room was very good, clean, new facilities, soft and comfortable, basic domestic pillows were generally too high, if there was a reserve low pillow, the room was set to a small round table. The countertop is too high and too large to be practical. There is a chicken and duck shop in the isolation downstairs that will be noisy in the morning, but I am used to wearing earplugs. This price is still recommended.

Here, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Luodingshan Lake Hotel and wish Trip.com better and better in 2025. The service of the hotel made me feel very warm and the environment was very comfortable. It was an ideal place for me to spend a wonderful holiday. GGuest UserThe room in the photo I booked on the 28th, the river view room was very small, and then I changed it to the luxury single room in the video, and the price increase was based on the platform price to make up the difference.
Facilities: The things in the room are okay and quite new, but the washing machine on the top floor is full of bugs and the hotel only has one bottle of laundry detergent. So it's shared.
Hygiene: I killed a cockroach, a spider and a fly in my room, but I thought it was normal.
Environment: The sound insulation effect is not good, but there is no noise when sleeping. The overall environment of the hotel is clean, but there is a bad road at the door, which is muddy when it rains. There is a drop-off point next to the road, and drivers stop at the intersection.
Service: The front desk staff are very nice and respond promptly if you need anything.
The location is a bit out of the way. It costs about 9 yuan to go to RT-Mart. I hope the hotel can arrange a group of electric cars for rent. I think it would be better.
