The hotel rarely makes the guests 100% satisfied. The Riverside Bay is an exception. After changing three times, I finally found a better room, but it was too close to the road. The sound of the car is very loud, and the windows are not soundproof at all, and the air conditioner on the side facing away from the road is humming. I couldn't sleep at all. I will never come here again.

It would be more perfect if there was a shopping plaza around the hotel.

The front desk staff are polite and courteous. The room is clean and smell-free👍👍👍. They also considerately prepare small snacks for the children. The room is very good, no smell, no smelly smoke, very clean!  Arrived at 4:00 in the morning, the service of the front desk lady was also very thoughtful, and overall very satisfied! There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient!

For a last-minute trip, I booked in a hurry, so I chose a historic hotel with good reviews. The hotel staff were very nice and even upgraded our room. My child was incredibly excited to see the bathtub, but unfortunately, only one room had a working bathtub faucet; the other's faucet was broken. The decor wasn't as bright as newer hotels, and the amenities were a bit dated. If they could update them sooner, it would undoubtedly be a local landmark. Perhaps the lighting wasn't bright enough, but there was still hair in a noticeable corner. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and hygienic, providing a nutritious meal of meat, eggs, and dairy, but for a coffee lover like me, the pot of instant coffee was too much.

The overall experience can also accept this price. I changed the room three times in the middle. The first room toilet smelled and contacted the front desk to change it. The quilt in the second room was rotten.  The third room had no tables and chairs. Finally, I contacted the platform customer service and changed a room. No problem, Thanks to the platform customer service for actively promoting the problem handling, the overall management level of the hotel still needs to be strengthened 

The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations! From the lobby to the room, it can be seen that the decoration is very new and the materials are exquisite. The intelligent guest control system in the room is very sensitive, and the curtains and lights are switched with one click. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the shower water is even and the temperature is stable, and the fatigue of the day is washed away. Although the gym is not big, the equipment is an international front-line brand and is very clean. Overall, the hardware facilities are definitely worthy of the five-star standard

差評是給前台的，網上訂的4間雙人房間，去到卻説衹有2間，還怪我們入住太晚？傍晚6點多訂的房間，晚上還沒到9點入住叫太晚嗎？再説了，我訂好了房間，幾點入住，不應該是我的權利嗎？不夠房間，協調其它的房間給我，還要客人出差價！為什麼自己工作的不到位，卻要讓客人承擔責任？最後還説，要麼大家平分吧！我寬容，跟你平分了一半差價，但是，差評也是給你的！
