The hotel is not yet fully completed, the swimming pool has not been dug yet, the service system is very rusty and imperfect, and the housekeeping service is even more disorganized. There are many specific matters, so I’ll just pick a few to talk about. First of all, the front desk cannot be contacted by the guest room's landline. Every time I need service, I have to go to the front desk on the first floor in person. Then the attitude of the front desk staff makes me feel very unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Everything she asked was subject to first rejection. For example, she didn’t give her a breakfast ticket. Go get it. She said I would check for you first to see if you have a room. I can’t give it to you if you don’t guarantee it... It made me really uncomfortable to hear that. You can feel free to os, but is it necessary to say it? It’s not like I don’t have money to pay for food and I don’t bother to ask you... I only have 2 bottles of mineral water for a few nights. Ask, two bottles for one night, two bottles for two nights? The front desk replied: Yes! Just ask you and you will never give up. In addition, the hygiene of the breakfast area is really worrying. The tableware provided is not sterilized, and the tableware and chopsticks are full of food residues that cannot be washed from the last time. Ask the waiter why the tableware is so dirty? Is there no pre-job training? Washing dishes is so dirty and no matter how busy you are, it’s no excuse! When I extended my stay the next day, I asked the cleaning lady to help change the towels and disposable items. When I came back, everything was still the same and nothing was changed, but a plate of shortbread was given to the room. I can't say that you are not good, but what you gave me was not what I needed. The hot water flow in the hot spring pool is very slow, so the water should be released at least 3 hours in advance. Finally, sincere advice: With good hardware, software services are also very important.

開業當天有幸入住過豪華私家湯泉雙人房，當時酒店還沒有推上任何平台，屬於第一批到店的住客，住了一晚，感覺確實在當地來説算是很豪華，很高端的酒店。酒店位處羅定石牛山腳，幾乎所有的房間陽台都正對石牛山腳，打開門走出陽台，滿眼的綠，天然氧吧，相當放鬆治癒。冬天來酒店，有湯泉，夏天有飄帶泳池，很值得期待。酒店餐飲更是由廣州中國大酒店專業廚師團隊負責出品，每一道菜色都色香味俱全，一定要前往品嚐喔酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象。

環境清幽，空氣清新！酒店新開業，各項配套齊全，還有歡迎茶點水果，服務頁的態度很好，適合度假休閑，值得推薦！

和爸爸媽媽去旅遊路過羅定，看到有家新酒店就下定了，價格非常實惠，環境還很好，裝修很別緻😁😁看出去外面是一百多畝生態園，非常值得一住

挺好的，乾淨衞生，有茶具可用，父母挺開心的，當天的晚霞還很漂亮，值得一去的酒店，特別適合家庭出遊，如果早餐是自助的更好

房間很乾凈，很大，就是很偏僻，不過晚上有夜市，有晚費的早餐
