The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the public areas are clean and comfortable, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the lighting and ventilation are very good, people feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as they come in. The room was cleaned very meticulously, the bedding was white and flat, clean and odorless, the bathroom was spotless, the toiletries were neatly arranged, the ground, tabletop and corners were handled in place, and the hygiene standards were very high. The facilities are complete and well maintained, air conditioning, hot water, network, lighting, etc. are running normally, and it is convenient and comfortable to use. The service attitude is warm and thoughtful, the check-in at the front desk is efficient and fast, the staff is polite and patient, the demand response is timely, and the service is intimate and professional.
