This is my second time to visit the ancient town of Qikou. The harvest this time is very unexpected. The changes of the ancient village of Lijiashan are no longer what they were more than ten years ago. This homestay is a renovation of the ancient house in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It feels like living in a cultural relic. The room is very clean and has a separate bathroom. This is different from the last time I stayed more than ten years ago. It is so convenient! ! The environment is also super warm. The thatched pavilion in the yard has the coziness of an ordinary family with a thatched roof. (I am not good at cooking, but I highly recommend this one! !) The farmhouse meal cooked by the boss is also good, and he also prepared welcome snacks. I am very satisfied and it must be five stars!

My stay this time was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spotless as soon as I entered, spacious, and had no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a quiet night's sleep with great quality. There are several local restaurants opposite, which is very convenient. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. There is unlimited mineral water, and there are not many types of breakfast. Plenty of hot water and separate shower room. The configuration of supplies is also particular. The internet speed is also relatively fast. The twin room is on the community side, so you won't feel the sound from outside.

The hotel is located in a new district with convenient above-ground and underground parking. The rooms are large, and the facilities are acceptable. It's newly opened, so opening the windows for ventilation is sufficient. However, the service is lacking. Here are some objective observations: 1. I booked through Ctrip. Upon arrival, I presented my ID, but couldn't find the booking information. I showed them my Ctrip booking record, and they manually entered the information and set the price. After waiting for over ten minutes, it was finally processed. 2. My family booked two Garden Superior Twin Rooms. The rooms are arranged in a U-shape. The front desk staff gave us rooms 10 and 13, but upon going upstairs, we found they were at opposite ends, as shown in the picture. We explained to the staff that we had elderly people and children and asked if they could arrange for them to be next to each other or on the same side. The staff first asked if we had specifically mentioned this during check-in. This was the first time I'd encountered this problem in 15 days of travel. The staff processed the request, and we waited. We were given room keys, but it turned out they had only changed the floor; we were still at opposite ends, and the previous room was identical. It's clear the staff weren't familiar with the room layout. We could have easily understood if they had simply said ”no” or informed us beforehand. 3. Each room had four small bottles of mineral water, and there were two more in the refrigerator. Because the location is in a new area with few restaurants, and delivery takes about an hour, I decided to make instant noodles. I bought instant noodles in the lobby downstairs and called the front desk to ask for four bottles of mineral water. When the staff heard I asked for water, they asked, ”Did you see the two bottles of water in the refrigerator?” I replied, ”Yes, I saw them, I need to make instant noodles.” Having stayed in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've needed an explanation to ask for mineral water. 4. I initially shared a room with an elderly person. After dinner, I went to a second room with my child. Upon entering, I found only one bottle of water in the refrigerator, and the shoebox hadn't been put inside. Isn't this standard practice in every room? The difference was obvious when comparing the two rooms. All of the above are facts, and I have photographic evidence. I've never given a bad review before, but this time I have to. The facilities are fine, but the service is terrible, not worth the brand and price. The staff said it was due to shift change and the overseas work system. Personally, I don't think these are valid reasons, because these are common occurrences. If this is the case with common problems, they are even less able to handle unexpected issues.

Shengdelou Hotel is located on the road outside the town, across the road is the river, and it is more than 10 minutes' walk from the main scenic spot. It is a bit far, but the boss is very good. He will drive us as long as we request it. The hotel has three floors of imitation cave buildings, which are neat and tidy, but the cleaning lady is indifferent. She will not come in to clean even if you stay for a few days, and you have to find the boss to empty the trash can. Originally, I booked this hotel for the praise of breakfast in the comments, but the boss for us individual guests does not make breakfast, so we go to a small restaurant nearby. The facilities are a bit old, and the door switch needs to be kicked or pulled hard to close; the toilet seat will move and tilt to one side; the water output of the water heater is very small, either too cold or too hot. In short, these shortcomings are eliminated by the boss's enthusiastic and responsive service attitude. He will roar a Shaanxi folk song for the guests, care about the elderly in our team who can't walk, and send us a thermos cup pulled in the hotel. Thank you, boss!

A boutique homestay at the foot of Lijiashan Village, highly recommended. An old couple runs it, warm and simple, and provides free pick-up and drop-off to Lijiashan Village and Qikou Ancient Town. The rooms are comfortable and tidy, all supplies are printed with their own logo, and the decoration design style is very tasteful. The breakfast is hot and freshly made, with a homely taste. Lijiashan Village and Xiwan Village in Luliang are worth a visit, and this homestay is recommended.

It is too suitable to stay at this hotel on a business trip, the room is spacious, the office desktop is enough, the network speed is smooth and stable, it is very suitable for online meetings. The front desk service is efficient and intimate, late check-out is very user-friendly, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the taxi parking is convenient. The room is quiet and not noisy, can rest well to relieve the fatigue of the journey, the facilities are very new, the overall business experience is great, and the travel is a permanent alternative hotel.
