窗户鎖損壞鎖不住，紗窗關不住。按道理住過的亞朵品控都挺好的呀，店內員工過來看完直接就説沒辦法，等明天修。最起碼給個解決方案啥的，這種態度真的很生氣。要求換房，半小時給説沒房不給換。真的住這麼長時間亞朵以來感受最差的一次了

我衹發表對本次住宿體驗的感受：酒店環境不錯，乾淨明亮。服務衹能説一般般。訂單家庭房2大1小：孩子4歲，入住時孩子也拍照了，但是進入房間裏面完全沒有孩子的用品，這個很不滿意。都是提前預訂的，分配房間的時候工作應該想到這些吧。辦入住的時候訂單含1份早餐，但是工作人員就説沒有，後來給他看訂單，加上另外一個同事告訴他才找到那份免費早餐。進入房間有一股煮花生的味道，不開心。房間該有的設施都有，馬桶上有酒精棉片，很貼心，這個贊！就是服務人員的精細程度需加強一些。總體還不錯。

訂了雅緻大床房，到了酒店與前台講給安排一個安靜的房間，前台的小李就給我們升級了高級大床房，房間非常安靜、設計合理、衞生間乾濕分離，非常滿意，以後出差、旅行會首選亞朵。

服務好，看見帶了小朋友，主動送了小童拖鞋，送了小童牙刷！升級了房型！第一個房間有煙味，立刻調換了房間，讓機器人送來了房卡！早餐好吃，還有外帶的美式，停車免費，走的時候還送了礦泉水！酒店的書吧也很不錯！
