Stayed during the May Day holiday. Even though there were a lot of guests, the hotel felt quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. We had a very comfortable stay. Zoe's service was excellent. We'll definitely come back to experience it again if we have the chance.

Alice at the front desk was incredibly warm and efficient. The hotel was very clean, breakfast offered a great variety, and the facilities were excellent. On the day of my check-in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger bed. They also have a laundry room. The room layout was well-thought-out, and the bedding was spotless. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Pretty good, excellent value for money! The location is great, and I really appreciate the staff's warmth and enthusiasm ❤️🔥. Considering the price, especially during peak season, it's very affordable for the average traveler. The 'Story of the Sea' (Hainan Story Culture Park) behind the hotel is a famous spot for photos, and the night market gets very lively in the evenings, stretching along the whole street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is perfect—about 500 meters away from the crowded beach area, so it is peaceful but still highly accessible. Because it is slightly removed from the heavy crowds, the property is much cleaner and newer, and we noticed significantly fewer mosquitoes compared to the hotels right on the crowded strip.The amenities are great and offer excellent value for money. There is a washing machine available in the room, which was incredibly useful, though do note there is no dryer. However, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and quickly provided us with plenty of extra hangers when we requested them.

This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

The houses by the sea are quite corroded. The wind and waves are strong, and the houses are damp and rather cold at this time of year, so the bathtub is practically useless. I stayed there temporarily to catch a flight, and the price was quite cheap! The houses themselves are fine, but because of the seaside location, there's no direct access to the beach from within the complex; the back door was locked, so you have to go around.

The room is very good, the breakfast is satisfactory, the service is very good, the sanitary facilities are very good, it is convenient to eat around, and it is very convenient to travel. Wanquan River is nearby, and there is a large supermarket opposite

The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with washer-dryers that are clean and easy to use, and they even provide free laundry detergent. It's super convenient for travelers to wash and dry their clothes right after exploring, so you don't have to deal with damp laundry. This is a huge plus for longer trips. Right downstairs is Zaliang Street, which has tons of local snacks and traditional 'Lao Ba Cha' (Dad's Tea) shops. If you want breakfast, you can just head downstairs, and there's a fantastic variety to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This hotel is very good, affordable, and the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The room also provides a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a large bathtub. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient for people who come out to play. Recommend this hotel for travel
