This hotel offers self check-in, which is very convenient. The furniture and bathroom are also very clean. Having a super-sized fridge and a washing machine is a huge plus. The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided.

The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea view room. The 68-square-meter room was indeed spacious, and the sea view was stunning, especially at night. However, the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom had fallen off and wasn't reinstalled promptly, which was a bit unsightly. My child also found a tissue left by a previous guest under the bed, so the room cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I also have to mention that the toilet and shower are separated by a transparent glass wall, which felt quite awkward. Overall, the hotel environment is still good; the Chinese-style decor is elegant and unique, and the service was decent. What was really disappointing though, was that we specifically brought our child for Children's Day, and the swimming pool was closed.

I stayed at this hotel for two consecutive nights, and its location is incredibly easy to find! The daytime view is surprisingly stunning, offering a much wider perspective. The distant Lotus Mountain range meanders beautifully, truly a fantastic spot nestled by the mountains and facing the water! The lovely breakfast instantly put me in a great mood! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and attentive. Thank you!

🌊 A perfect vacation experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Shanwei Poly! The hotel directly faces Jin町 Bay, offering expansive sea views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can walk to the beach, making it ideal for a short seaside getaway. Special commendation goes to the duty manager, Hestia, for her truly excellent and meticulous service. When we encountered issues during our stay and needed to communicate, she was gentle and patient, considerate, and proactively thought of many details for guests. She responded promptly and handled matters professionally and appropriately. Her thoughtful and attentive service truly enhanced our entire stay. Both the hardware and software are top-notch, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanwei. Highly recommended!

Been there twice! A real sea view room, you can see the sunrise in the room🌅You can also see the fireworks on the beach at night🎆The sea was really blue when I went there in June. The first two pictures were taken directly from Apple, and the latter were taken with a camera in the room This time I booked a bathtub, but the experience was not as good as last time because the water heater was too small and could not put much water. Otherwise, it would be even more amazing to take a bath and look at the sea.

The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk.

The location is easy to find. Enter through the iron gate of the community in the picture below. It is just above the security booth. The environment of the community is really good, and the environment of the room and accommodation is also great.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
