2-Star Hotels in Shanwei

Location is a few minutes by foot from Shanwei high speed railway station. But it is far from the city center. If given a choice, I would go for a hotel in the city center to be nearer to the attractions. Anyway, the room is very good. It is loft styled, very clean, bright, fresh, and inviting. To stay in the room itself is a pleasure enough. The bed was super comfortable and I had to kick myself to get out of bed. There are two toilets in this room, which was new to me. There are a few shops nearby for meals but other than that, there is nothing else around. I rented a motorcycle to go to the downtown area for sightseeing. Still, it is not really cost effective nor convenient for a tourist like me.

This hotel offers self check-in, which is very convenient. The furniture and bathroom are also very clean. Having a super-sized fridge and a washing machine is a huge plus. The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided.

I canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

The first two pictures were taken directly from Apple, and the latter were taken with a camera in the room This time I booked a bathtub, but the experience was not as good as last time because the water heater was too small and could not put much water. Otherwise, it would be even more amazing to take a bath and look at the sea.

Late check-out is possible depending on circumstances. Hot water and internet speed are stable, staff are efficient, and overall the stay was very comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation. The sea view is superb; quietly watching the sea is very therapeutic. The room is well-equipped and clean, transportation is convenient, and it's easy to arrange meals independently.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. The living room is large, and our whole family chatted, sang karaoke, played mahjong, and had a barbecue there – the atmosphere was fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the utensils and seasonings were very thoughtful; buying groceries and cooking ourselves was convenient and fun, much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The host was also super nice and answered all my questions. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you don't have to go far to buy things or eat. In short, this villa greatly enhanced my trip to Shanwei, and I will definitely choose it again next time. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Shanwei!

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
