GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the room was clean. We missed out on the costume photography experience though, as the photographers, who collaborate with the hotel, had already finished for the day by the time we arrived.

GGuest UserExcellent stay! As expected, the James Joyce Coffetel truly lives up to its reputation. The unique coffee culture theme is really impressive. The decor is artistic, blending retro and modern styles beautifully. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff provided fantastic service, always willing to help. Plus, their locations are usually very convenient, making travel a breeze. Whether for a business trip or a personal vacation, this is a wonderful choice for unwinding and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

WWoyaochuquzouzouzouI was a little confused before coming here because I always like newer and larger hotels. Later, I thought about going to the Folk Custom Park to take photos the next day after arriving, so I decided to stay here on the first night, so I booked one night. Unexpectedly, it was completely beyond my expectations. Although the facilities are old, I have to say that, but they are very well maintained. The room size is OK, but everything is very complete. Since Yanji is not big, it is very convenient to go everywhere, so I booked this hotel for the next two days. The front desk was very enthusiastic, especially on the third night, the parent-child room we originally booked was gone. The hotel not only showed me other rooms, but also let me book the cheapest room. They arranged the floor I wanted for me, and gave me free breakfast. When I left, I gave a small lucky bag. Very considerate. Yanji is suitable for eating, drinking and taking photos, so the room is completely OK. The cost performance is very high. I praise it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Yanbian University’s Popular Wall, making it a great base for exploring the area. The property was clean and featured modern, voice-controlled appliances, which added a nice touch of convenience.
However, the room was noticeably warm, as the air conditioning did not provide cool air. Additionally, the room felt smaller than what was depicted in the online photos, which was a bit disappointing.
While the hotel offers five washers and five dryers, they were constantly occupied during our stay. It was frustrating to see some guests monopolizing multiple machines—separating loads by tops, bottoms, and even colors—making it difficult for others to do laundry in a timely manner.

EE23538****Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable.
Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable.
Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher.
Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

HHanmuThe environment is still quite new and good, it is a little detail, no one responded after placing the order, and then adding WeChat or no one responded. I contacted Trip.com customer service again before contacting the person. There was also a cold night. This homestay has changed the thin quilt. There is an air conditioner on the tatami in the living room, but there is no remote control. I contacted at 10:50 to ask where the remote control is, and there was no reply. Later, I found a thick quilt in the closet. The owner of the hotel said that he slept at that time the next day, so he didn't reply. The water heater needs to be adjusted when you check in, because it takes a while to heat up, otherwise the temperature is not enough when you take a bath.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations. It's just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring local food. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic during check-in; they not only processed everything quickly but also proactively shared recommendations for nearby restaurants and attraction opening hours. The attention to detail was exceptional.
The room was also very satisfying. Cleanliness and tidiness were the first impressions, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were new – the air conditioning cooled quickly, there was plenty of hot water, and even the toiletries felt higher quality than expected, so there was no need to bring my own.
The service was the most pleasant surprise. In the morning, staff would greet me as I passed the restaurant. The breakfast selection was rich, with fresh hot congee and freshly made noodles. When checking out, because I was in a hurry, the front desk even helped pack my breakfast quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful.
Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. I've already recommended it to my friends!

MMLS755So glad we chose to stay at this hotel and area. It’s right in front of the folk garden, walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and dinosaur world park. The staff was very welcoming during our stay, including the cute delivery robot. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. Lots of pillow provided, high end bedding, and big beds even for a family of 4. We hope to be back!

TTaoxiao7Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
