The location is perfect: right across from the famous morning market and just a stone's throw from many popular places. You can easily immerse yourself in local life while having a peaceful retreat to return to. Service comes with a genuine smile. The staff — like just about everywhere in China — are adorable, warm, and always ready to help with whatever you need. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable on all levels. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds were genuinely comfortable — rare to find such good sleep quality in a hotel. Blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent — slept like a log. The shower had excellent water pressure and hot water was instant. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which we really appreciated after a long trip.

The hallway was quiet and tidy, with cleaning staff constantly maintaining the public areas. Breakfast offered a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and the ingredients were fresh. The overall environment was comfortable and grand, the service was meticulous, and the price was very reasonable. It's perfect for both short trips and business stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely book here again next time.

The facilities were new – the air conditioning cooled quickly, there was plenty of hot water, and even the toiletries felt higher quality than expected, so there was no need to bring my own. The service was the most pleasant surprise. In the morning, staff would greet me as I passed the restaurant. The breakfast selection was rich, with fresh hot congee and freshly made noodles. When checking out, because I was in a hurry, the front desk even helped pack my breakfast quickly, which was incredibly thoughtful. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Facilities: The laundry room is excellent, with 3 washers and 3 dryers. It gets busy in the evenings, but the wait isn't too bad. They also provide hand-wash detergent. The laundry room itself is spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable. Ambiance: The front desk and most facilities are on the 14th floor. It's a large area and looks quite new. The rooms are also spacious enough, making it quite good for an economy chain hotel, though the price is a bit higher. Service: I only experienced service when interacting with the front desk, and it was just average, to be honest. The reception staff felt a bit cold.

I stayed at this hotel on business. Everything was fine, but a few days later my husband arrived and we checked in for another day. At check-in, for some reason, the employee wanted to ask us to take photos with our passports. This really embarrassed me! I've never encountered anything like this in any country in the world or in any city in China. It feels humiliating to take a photo of my face with my passport open. Explain to your staff how to check in foreign guests. As for the room, it was cozy and warm, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The breakfasts were very basic, but they were free, so there's nothing to complain about. Of course, after this attitude at reception, I can't recommend this hotel for foreign guests.

I rarely write reviews, but I was lucky to come across this B&B this time. It made our family's stay very comfortable and enriched our travel experience in Yanji. We wanted to book a small courtyard room, but after it was fully booked, we booked a fruit forest room. Let me talk about the service first. The boss was very enthusiastic during the phone consultation and answered all questions. When we arrived at the residence, it had just rained heavily in Yanji and it was dark. The whole B&B looked quiet and stylish in the light rain. Let’s talk about the room facilities and hygiene. The room is very clean, the mattress, quilt and pillows are very comfortable. The boss also prepared a small box of fruit, disposable towels and toilet covers. The back door of the room faces the grape vine. I thought it would be really good during the day. It would be very pleasant to stay in this small courtyard for half a day. The cleanliness is the best among the B&Bs I have ever stayed in. Except for the slippers in the bathroom that don't look very clean, of course they just look bad, or they may be worn out, and the water drains too slowly when taking a shower. Everything else is fine. It is worth mentioning that there is an air-raid shelter and a viewing platform next to the B&B, and you can also pick some tomatoes and cucumbers. This must be praised. The boss said that if you don’t waste it, you can pick it for free. Of course, you won’t waste it. It’s a great experience. . I’ve said a lot, let’s look at the pictures!

Upon check-in, the hotel front desk upgraded my room. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.

Excellent service and location. Walkable to the morning market and the bus stop is just right at its doorstep. It’s easy to get on and off didi too. Very warm and friendly hospitality from the staff at this hotel. Hotel room is quite small for a Chinese hotel but the double room is good enough for a single person. :)

The location of Yinxu Chaoyunju is excellent, walking directly to the floating market, the West Market, and the Internet red wall. The room is spacious and hygienic, the bathtub is equipped with audio and video equipment, and it is very pleasant to rest and relax. The surrounding area is full of local Korean restaurants, and you can check in specialties without running around. New facilities, stable service, live here, eat, drink and travel save time and effort.
