Yinchuan Hotels with Parking

Nestled at the foot of Helan Mountain, this is a haven amidst the desert vineyards. Chateau Xianlando, truly the most beautiful 'Daliangzhiye' (a type of boutique hotel brand) in my heart. Manager Li Yang and his team are incredibly accommodating and genuinely warm, embodying the true meaning of 'a home away from home.' The sound of joyous songs from women (like 'water fairies') echoes through the vineyard, showing that great happiness really means peace of mind.

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The room was spacious and bright, with lovely morning sun that really boosted my mood. The hotel facilities are excellent, the toiletries were all clean, and the room cleaning was very thorough. The EV charging stations are a major highlight – there were about 10 'Didi' chargers, always with available spots and they charged quickly, which is perfect for electric car owners. The only downside was the lack of heating in the room. The temperature difference between day and night in Yinchuan is quite significant, so it got pretty cold at night.

I decided to go to Yinchuan on a whim during the May Day holiday. After comparing several hotels along the way, this was the only one in the same price range with the largest room. It had two floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very spacious and comfortable. However, because it's facing the street, there was some noise from passing vehicles. The soundproofing was slightly lacking; the elevator door opening sound was clearly audible. The sofa was very comfortable, suitable for both business and family use. It had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and was easy to use. The amenities were complete, but the ”Hisense Xiaoju” (a type of smart toilet seat) was a bit of a letdown; its performance wasn't as good as ”*du” or ”*ai” (another type of smart toilet seat), it was a bit slow to respond, and had fewer functions. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service with a very quick and responsive attitude. The front desk had prepared disposable toilet seat covers and other basic supplies, making it convenient for guests to help themselves. It was very child-friendly; breakfast was served directly to children without tickets. It's very close to the Drum Tower, Jade Emperor Pavilion, a famous local snack shop, and Kemali snack shop, all within walking or cycling distance. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Of course, for family trips, it would be perfect if the hotel provided a couple more bottles of water!

The hotel is quite new. I like the decoration style. The room is relatively large. The double bed is 1.35. It is very suitable for bringing children. The breakfast is also very rich. The room is very smart. There is music in the shower. The service attitude of Xiao Shen and Xiao Ha at the front desk is very good. , I also gave my child a souvenir when I left, which was great👍🏻But the shower head is a bit broken and the water comes out very unevenly. Please replace it as soon as possible.

The room is beautiful and comes with a small living room. Many thanks to Lele for the arrangement. I messaged Lele for a quilt in the evening and got a super fast reply; the service was excellent. The executive lounge offers a fantastic view, with direct sight of the Helan Mountain sunset. The service team is well-trained; even though the hotel was packed during the peak summer season, they maintained excellent order. Highly recommended.

The most surprising hotel I've ever booked! The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, and has convenient transportation nearby. The hotel corridors and rooms are large and comfortable, and the room configuration is first-class, with Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets, and coffee machines. The most important thing is that the hotel service is really very good. The staff are not only warm and thoughtful, but also very good-looking. I ordered takeout and the front desk staff took the initiative to remind me to note the room number and they would deliver it. Butler Sun provided very good service and was very enthusiastic. I look forward to staying here next time.

Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. Very artistic hotel, each room has a different theme, complete facilities, very comfortable to stay, I will book again next time. The boss and service staff are very nice ~ I especially like the lobby is very artistic and warm, the childlike room is the child's request to stay, very satisfied, because I stayed for three days, and tried several other themes and liked them all ~ and the breakfast is nutritious and healthy. The overall experience is very good ~ parking is also convenient.

The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the cleaning lady has a good service attitude, and it is located in the center of Yinchuan, so it is very convenient to go shopping... Recommended to stay!
