The hotel service was excellent. They even provided pick-up and drop-off service to the ski resort and had someone take my friend skiing with them. The Christmas-themed room was beautiful and perfect for taking photos. It's also very close to Beidahu Lake. The staff communicated with us throughout the trip via a group chat, which was very thoughtful and attentive. The room was also very cozy and clean. I'll definitely come back next time!
