I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required. The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place. The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note. All three dryers in the laundry room were broken. Fortunately, the manager was quite customer-friendly and helped us send our already washed clothes to another branch for drying. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. If they can't be fixed immediately, it would be best to put up a notice so people know what to do with their wet clothes after washing. As for breakfast, the coffee was very good.

The Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The room is very close to the commercial area and it was very noisy after 1am. It was around seven in the morning and I had to collect garbage again. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no partition, which makes it very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The toilet flushes very hard, like a flood, and I have no choice but to unplug it. The service was pretty good. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they immediately came to fix it when I reported it. The facilities in the whole room are actually good, but the details still need to be improved.
