GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are well-equipped, featuring smart voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: It's clean and hygienic; there were no unpleasant smells in the room, and the cleaning was very thorough.
Environment: The location is very convenient, situated in the old town, and getting a taxi is easy. It’s just a few minutes' walk to the Zunyi Conference Site, Hongjun Street, and Laosha Lane. There are many street food options nearby, making it great for dining, shopping, and experiencing Zunyi's Red Culture. The overall experience was excellent.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently explained where to go and how to travel economically. They even provided a small guide booklet, which was a thoughtful touch.
In the evening, I also received a complimentary bowl of glutinous rice balls in fermented rice wine from the hotel (it was a 'mystery box' random snack), delivered directly to the room after scanning a QR code. Overall, my stay at this hotel during my Zunyi trip was a very good experience, and the value for money was quite high.

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay at the Hotel. It was my second stay at the hotel and the first time was really great. The second time around wasn’t. I found dirty socks in the side drawer. There were no gowns in the room. The carpet wasn’t properly swept. But it was an ok stay. The service was ok. Had a disagreement with the reception guy as he wouldn’t allow my girl friend in the room, but allowed my guy friend in as he spoke to the manager and could speak Chinese ( both foreigners). I stay in my room most of the time, so I couldn’t really enjoy their amenities. That’s on me. The breakfast was ok. Mostly Chinese style. The location was great because it was close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

MM306775****If you're staying within the scenic area, the location of any inn is pretty good, there isn't a huge difference. You'll end up walking around quite a bit anyway; just staying in your room without exploring would be boring. Salt Gang Inn has one advantage: it's quite close to the late-night diner. After all, there are no other places for late-night snacks in Wujiangzhai Scenic Area, which is really frustrating and not very friendly to night owls. Because all dining in the scenic area is centrally managed, by around 10 PM, most restaurants are closed. You can only go to a bar or the late-night diner, which I guess forces you into a regular routine. If you miss one meal, you'll miss them all. Overall, it's great for travel photography, and the scenic area has a fantastic atmosphere. Perhaps because there were no bonfire parties or other group activities on the day I checked in, the entertainment felt a bit average. However, the service staff in the scenic area are all very friendly. It's suitable for couples to try handicrafts, as there are many intangible cultural heritage workshops.

AAilvyoudedaibiHuge thanks to the hotel for the upgrade to a balcony room! The front desk service was excellent, and the young men at the reception desk proactively helped us with our luggage to the room and gave us a quick overview of the hotel. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a lovely traditional Chinese aesthetic. The hotel isn't far from the main scenic area, and the surrounding environment right outside is also very pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast restaurant is a bit out of the way; there are many stairs if you go through the interior, or a ramp outside which avoids the stairs. For elderly guests, I'd recommend taking the outdoor ramp. On our departure day, I forgot some items I'd left at the front desk, but thankfully, the reception called promptly to remind me. When I went back to collect them, it started pouring rain, and one of the young men from the front desk even walked me to the scenic area shuttle bus with an umbrella. So grateful! This was a truly excellent stay.

GGuest UserSo glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

BBushimaimaiArrived at the hotel around 9 PM on the first day. The staff was very welcoming, quickly gave us some local food recommendations, and checked us in efficiently. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked great. We checked out the next day after switching rooms.

GGuest UserThe geographical environment of the hotel is superior, just two or three hundred places from the ticket gate of Shuanghedong Scenic Area, you can run early in the morning. The surrounding scenery is really comfortable! The parking lot uncle, the hotel receptionist, the restaurant waiter are very good and very enthusiastic, this point is a compliment! The hotel's facilities are indeed old. The faucet of the sink is swayed over and can't be fixed. The reel shelf for toilet paper is rotten directly. It is good to put toilet paper on the toilet. The ground is floor tiles, wet, slippery, easy to slip, this must be paid attention to, especially the elderly slippery is a fracture. To be honest, more than 1,000 room rates, if you look at the room facilities, I think it is worth more than 200! Breakfast is very good, that is, there is almost nothing to eat at nine o'clock, the sauce meat is delicious. Because of the geographical advantage of the hotel, I think the price is more than 500! More than a thousand still have to do a good job of accommodation facilities!

AAnan@buhuiI read reviews that the service in Building 2 is not good, but it's actually good. The room is a little further away. There will be someone to guide you after check-in. The room is not big, but it is relatively clean. It has a balcony and is convenient for drying clothes. There are not many breakfast items. That's enough, the luggage check-in service is very considerate.
However, it is really not recommended to come during holidays. There are really too many people, and there are all kinds of crowding and queuing. Come on weekdays if the weather is good. The drone show was also canceled due to heavy rain last night. There are too few performances and parades in the scenic area for holidays.
