AAnonymous UserThe hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception.
The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water.
The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker.
The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened.
The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided.
Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

El problema es que nos dieron dos camas individuales, no tenían una doble. Además, la habitación era la de minusválidos.
Por lo demás, muy bien. Un hotel correcto en la playa en una ciudad genial.
El precio elevado, pero todos los de la ciudad tienen ese precio

VVick_007Prime location! Lots of restaurants around and you will be few steps away from the beach. The front desk employees were great, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great as well! To me, the rooms/property were a bit dated but clean.

SSvetlanaPlПриезжала в Кадис на два дня и остановилась в эттх апартах.Расположение отличное-12 мин по прямой дороге от ж/д вокзала,находится в Старом городе.Заселение проходит дистанционно,если вы приезжаете не в часы ,указанные в расписании.На почту приходит письмо с инструкцией ,все понятно.Моя номер был на втором этаже,балкончик на узкую улицу.Вечером было шумновато из бара напротив,но на столе уже заботливо были приготовлены беруши от отеля)).Сам номер маленький,кровать удобная,стол,стул,шкаф-на одну ночь вполне удобно.Ванные комнаты общие на этом же этаже-из две,довольно большие.Во время пребывания я не видела ни одного гостя кроме меня,так что этот вариант с общей ванной дискомфорта не вызвал.
Персонал дружелюбный,говорят на испанском и немного английском.
Апартаменты рекомендую.
