4-Star Hotels in Cadiz

The location is very good, right next to the museum and very convenient for visiting the ancient city. Parking in the parking lot under St. Anthony Square only costs 1 euro, which is equivalent to free of charge. It is recommended to leave the big box in the car and carry a small package with your belongings for 1-2 days. Otherwise, dragging the box to the hotel will be a bit tiring if the box is large and heavy. The attitude of the front desk was average. The room they were given was at the entrance of the stairs, so the large chandelier outside was on all night. The curtains were only gauze and not thick, so it would be affected if you don't sleep well.

The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

This is the best apartment I've stayed so far and it's really worth the price. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well maintained and equipped, there are two televisions in the apartment (in the living room and in the bedroom), but I could only switch on the one in the bedroom. That's okay for me because I mainly watch the TV in my bedroom. I rarely use the living room, but my friend stayed there to take a nap one day and she said it was comfortable. I also love the bathroom, which was also full of amenities: soaps, shampoo, multiple towels, and unlimited roll tissues. The hot shower was also well functioning. I stayed for 6 nights and my towels were changed after the 3rd night. They also have a laundry facility, which can be used free of charge, 24 hours. I only needed to buy the detergent by myself. The check in and out are also quick, easy, and safe. Oh, there's also a safety box inside the bedroom which was also functional. Bed was great, lights were perfect, AC was good, overall a perfect place for a long stay.

Excellent location and elegant and comfortable membership. Sorry they have no room to support their bags after check out (it needs to go to another hotel) and have no continuous reception service (we had cold and we asked for a cover via whatsapp but we didn't receive a answer). Exceptional structure but without these services the price/quality ratio is over-reported

We had a three-day trip to Cadiz, staying at this hotel, and nothing regretted. The room was fully in line with the description and photos, excellent cleaning, despite the pipeline being a little outdated, the room was very clean and comfortable. A delicious, fresh and diverse breakfast. Very attentive and friendly staff. Successful location of the hotel, Near Ocean, plenty of cafes, to the Old City of Cadiz you can walk or get by bus, stop nearby.   Thank you to the staff for the hospitality !! We'll be happy to come back again!

廚房很大，廚房設施包含小的清洗用品也十分齊全，這個比較難得。洗漱用品夠用，毛巾也夠用，這個也非常好。服務人員也很熱心，十分感動。唯一就是洗澡熱水不夠用，另外房間的某些地方信號不太好，其他都不錯，建議入住。

Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Cadiz. If we didnt need a car park I would have rated facilities higher, but getting our vehicle into the hotel carpark was a challenge. But that is the price you pay to stay in the old part of town! We knew when we booked the hotel had limited dining facilities, and that was not an issue because there were about 50 restaurants within a 10 minute walk! Brekky was a good spread and in a nice spacious setting.
