The location is great: five minutes' walk to the castle, seven minutes to the church, and within twenty minutes to the Roman aqueduct. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, making it convenient for guests in wheelchairs. Drive directly into the reserved hotel parking garage, the parking fee is 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter to reach the front desk on the second floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is quite rich in Europe. It costs 9 euros per person. (These are fees as of May 2023). It's a boutique hotel and worth recommending.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel, it's a 10-minute walk to the center, there are paid underground parkings and free parking spaces nearby if you travel by car. It was cold outside at night, 1-2 degrees, but it was warm in the room thanks to radiators. There was even a heated floor in the bathroom. Basic breakfast)

This hotel was ideal for us, located just steps from the bus station and within easy walking distance of Segovia's fantastic historic center. The room was very nice, on a high floor, a good size, bright, with a new bathroom, and everything was very clean. Highly recommended.
