Es un hotel viejo pero bien ubicado, la vista desde la terraza es muy bonita y tiene la piscina que pudimos aprovecharla luego del desayuno, lo unico que el desayuno tenia poca variedad sobre todo por la falta de fruta.

Very good location. Underground parking (extra cost). Excellent breakfast. And, to our surprise, very good view of the aqueduct from our bedroom. Would recommend for a short stay in Segovia. We hope to be able to return one day.

For our overnight stay we have chosen the “Hotel Los Arcos”, and this for his superb location close to the historic center, about a small 5m on foot from the tourist office next to the Segovia aqueduct. Here are many restaurants where you can have a meal. And for those who do not stay for a night, they can park the car in the underground garage near the Aqueduct. The hotel has its own garage and access from inside the hotel with a lift so that luggage can be loaded safely and as comfortably as possible. The staff were very attentive, breakfast is very good, and varied! So we where very pleased with our choice, and when we are coming back to Segovia, we already do know where we will stay.

This is a hotel that needs updating. Otherwise it is one of this "new age" hotels: minimum service by nice staff. The price is in line with the offering. For one day visit to Segovia it is acceptable because of its location and garage.

The hotel is very well located (with parking), at reception: JENIFER, always with a smile and good advice. The breakfast, PERFECT, the pastries very good...As for the room: spacious, the mattress comfortable, clean, quiet. But, because there is a But: the rooms, 411, and my nephews the 412, the OLD worn decoration needs a good facelift.... And the bathroom (renovated) would need a shelf to put on toiletry bags... It's not the first time we've been there, but this is worse, for a 4-star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom tiling does not exist, we dropped the toilet roll holder and they did not put it in, just cleaning. Since the pandemic, the bar closes at 4:00 p.m. The good thing is that the Restaurant has parking and that the refrigerator cools well.

Nearby hotel if you are walking to what is typical of Segovia. The pleasant treatment and cleanliness in the room. The bus to travel to the train station is taken right outside the hotel. The man at the reception was very attentive.
