Wonderful, clean, great location, delicious food - amazing unique breakfast and steps to the Sephardic museum and the Monestario de San Juan de los Reyos. Ideal place, though the parking was full when I arrived. But there's public parking not far away.

ChunyaziIn order to see the Cathedral and the ancient Roman bridge where the Cardinal of Toledo resides, we stayed at the Maria Hotel. The beautiful lady at the front desk arranged a nice room for us with a view of the church on the hill and a parking garage.

1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). The front desk service is very enthusiastic.
2. For overnight parking, you need to go to a large parking lot three to four hundred meters ahead. The stamped parking fee of the hotel can be discounted about 13.5 euros a day.
3. The ancient city basically walks to visit various scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s even more lively when you walk up to the center of the ancient city. There is also a Carrefour supermarket three to four hundred meters away.
4. On the second day of the tour, I was stolen by similar immigrants with gifts, 30 Euro worth of children’s T-shirts and refrigerator stickers. I would have known that I would reveal my wealth earlier so that I would not let others go from the cathedral to the old bridge in regret. We are not happy anymore, well, it's worthwhile to train children to analyze the memories afterwards.
5. The room seems to have a little retro romance. It is not old and clean. We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower.

Staying at Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista felt like a quiet retreat. The little town itself is peaceful and noticeably cleaner than many other Spanish towns I’ve visited, which immediately set a pleasant tone for the stay. Everything felt orderly and calm, without the usual bustle.
One thing I appreciated right away was the underground car park located directly beneath the hotel. It made arriving by car very convenient. From there, you take a lift up to the ground floor where reception is located, and then switch to another lift to reach your room. It’s a small detail, but the process felt organized and smooth.
I arrived around noon, well before check-in time, and although my room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly allowed me to use the hotel facilities in the meantime. That flexibility made the early arrival feel easy rather than inconvenient.
When I finally entered the room, it was exactly as the photos had promised—spacious, bright, and comfortable. There’s always a small risk that pictures online oversell reality, but in this case, the room truly lived up to expectations.
During my stay, the local temperature was around 17–21°C, which was quite pleasant outside. However, the heating inside the hotel felt a bit too strong, making the room warmer than necessary at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but I did find myself wishing for a little more control over the temperature.
The only other area that felt slightly underwhelming was the gym. It wasn’t unusable, but the equipment did look a bit dated. A refurbishment would definitely elevate the experience and better match the overall standard of the hotel.
Overall, Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista offered a peaceful setting, practical conveniences, and a room that delivered on its promise—just with slightly overenthusiastic heating and a fitness area that could use a refresh.

The hotel is located on the hillside, the view is very wide, the whole Toledo scenery is in the eyes, the room is large and clean, the fly in the ointment is that the sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner is too noisy

Nat LawrenceVery large room, all impeccably clean, amazing team at the reception and housekeeping, but not much privacy and silence. You can hear a lot of people on the street, sometimes in the rooms. Not the best place to sleep or work remotely. Apart from that, all good! Great location.

Noel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

Guest UserWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
